What to report
Report an incorrect date, amount, eligibility condition, translation, authority name, result status or broken official link. Include the affected page URL, the specific wording and the official source supporting your correction. Do not send private application documents when a public notification link is enough.
How a correction is considered
An authorised editor checks the report against the relevant primary source. A complaint does not automatically change a notice. Confirmed corrections update the existing record so the website and connected app show the same information. Significant changes should explain what was corrected and when; internal revision history preserves accountability.
Urgent or disputed information
A notice that cannot be verified may be withheld or taken out of the public listing while it is checked. A published correction is not a substitute for an authority’s formal amendment. If your official application deadline is close, contact the issuing authority directly instead of waiting for our review.
