Government and private recruitment
Government notices are checked against the issuing department or recruiting body. Private roles must identify the employer and link to its actual website or recruitment notice. A third-party job portal or an uploaded reference PDF alone is not evidence that a vacancy is open. Job counts and closing dates are not inferred from a reference snapshot.
Sources shown with each notice
Published notices should identify the issuing authority and link directly to its official notice or information page. The source record includes the document or page title, URL and verification date. General directory links below help you locate authorities; they do not replace a notice’s own supporting source.
Primary verification before publication
Editors should check the employer or issuing authority, vacancy title, important dates, eligibility, age limits, fees, selection process and application link against the primary notice before publication. A familiar organisation name, logo, social-media post, reference PDF or third-party summary alone is not verification. Unconfirmed information must not be presented as an official announcement.
Amendments and document dates
Keep the notice date, application period and last verification date distinct. An extension, cancellation or revised result requires a new official source; an expired deadline must not be silently extended. When an official document changes, the related summary should be corrected and the change described. Translations must preserve conditions and exceptions.
