आयु सीमा
- 20-10-2026 को Scientist-II की अधिकतम आयु 40 वर्ष, Technical Support-III की 35 वर्ष और Accountant की 28 वर्ष है। Scientist-II और Accountant की आयु 07-10-2026 के शुद्धिपत्र के अनुसार संशोधित है।

चयन प्रक्रिया
- आवेदनों की जाँच और छँटनी योग्यता, अनुभव और/या सक्षम प्राधिकारी के मानदंडों से होगी। चयन साक्षात्कार/लिखित परीक्षा के प्रदर्शन या प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित प्रक्रिया पर होगा।
- छँटी सूची, साक्षात्कार/परीक्षा कार्यक्रम और परिणाम संस्थान की वेबसाइट पर आएँगे; चयनित उम्मीदवारों को ईमेल मिलेगा। अधिक आवेदक होने पर साक्षात्कार अगले दिन भी चल सकता है। साक्षात्कार या कार्यग्रहण हेतु यात्रा भत्ता नहीं है।
परीक्षा की योजना
- सक्षम प्राधिकारी छँटनी के लिए स्क्रीनिंग/लिखित परीक्षा ले सकता है, विशेषकर अधिक आवेदन होने पर; अन्य छँटनी मानदंड भी अपनाए जा सकते हैं।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- मूल notice में संलग्न निर्धारित form भरें और Documents Required का आवेदन packet तैयार करें।
- लिफाफे पर आवेदन किए गए पद का नाम स्पष्ट लिखें। Speed Post या Registered Post से Office of the Department of Psychiatry, 2 nd Floor, B-Block, New Administrative and Academic Building, Gate No. 05, Beside AIIMS Medical College, AIIMS, Raipur, Chhattisgarh–492099 को भेजें।
- डाक वितरण की जिम्मेदारी आवेदक की है। विलंबित, अधूरे, निर्धारित प्रारूप से अलग अथवा अन्य माध्यम से भेजे आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं होंगे।
परियोजना नियुक्ति
- प्रारंभिक अवधि 6 माह है। प्रदर्शन, परियोजना की आवश्यकता, धन की उपलब्धता तथा सक्षम स्वीकृति के अनुसार 6 माह और विस्तार संभव है। यह नियमित AIIMS पे-रोल नियुक्ति नहीं है और स्थायी नियुक्ति या दूसरी परियोजना में निरंतर सेवा का अधिकार नहीं देती।
- यह पूर्णकालिक कार्य है। अन्य भुगतानयुक्त/अवैतनिक असाइनमेंट और निजी प्रैक्टिस स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती। दोनों पक्ष एक माह की सूचना देकर नियुक्ति समाप्त कर सकते हैं।
- नियमित AIIMS कर्मचारियों वाले अतिरिक्त भत्ते या लाभ देय नहीं हैं।

Age Limit

Selection Process
- Applications are scrutinized and shortlisted using qualifications, experience and/or criteria set by the competent authority. Selection depends on interview/written-test performance or the process determined by that authority.
- Shortlist, interview/test schedule and results appear on the Institute website; selected candidates are informed by email. With many applicants, interviews may continue the next day. No travel allowance is payable for interview or joining.
Scheme of the Examination
- The competent authority may use a screening/written test to shortlist candidates, particularly when applications are numerous; other shortlisting criteria may also be adopted.

- Complete the prescribed form attached to the original notice and prepare the application packet in Documents Required.
- Clearly write the applied-for post on the envelope. Send it by Speed Post or Registered Post to: Office of the Department of Psychiatry, 2 nd Floor, B-Block, New Administrative and Academic Building, Gate No. 05, Beside AIIMS Medical College, AIIMS, Raipur, Chhattisgarh–492099.
- Postal delivery is the applicant’s responsibility. Late, incomplete or non-prescribed-format applications and applications through other modes are not accepted.
Project Engagement
- The initial tenure is six months, extendable by another six months subject to performance, project needs, funds and competent approval. This is not a regular AIIMS payroll appointment and creates no entitlement to permanent employment or continuation in another project.
- The appointment is full-time. Other paid/unpaid assignments and private practice are not permitted. Either side may terminate it with one month's notice.
- No additional allowances or benefits of regular AIIMS employees are payable.
