- Eligible, Provisionally Eligible and Not Eligible are distinct scrutiny outcomes. A final eligibility list is not a final appointment list.
- Director list, serial10, Smita Mahobia: the status column says Not Eligible but the reason column says Eligible. This page does not resolve that contradiction; seek the Institute's clarification.
- Rehabilitation Officer list, serial12, Muhammad Nezar: status says Not Eligible, while the remark says provisionally eligible subject to a valid UDID card and RCI-registered CRR certificate. Do not assume either status has been officially corrected.
