पदों का विवरण

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है

• पदवार योग्यता पूरी करने वाले भारतीय नागरिक। Security पदों में निर्धारित भूतपूर्व सैनिक JCO/समकक्ष अर्धसैनिक rank और सुरक्षा अनुभव आवश्यक है।

आयु सीमा और छूट

• Technical Officer: 18–30 वर्ष; Technician(1): 18–28 वर्ष, महत्वपूर्ण तिथियों की संबंधित निर्णायक तिथि पर।
• Security Officer: 18–35 वर्ष; Security Assistant: 18–28 वर्ष; MTS: 18–25 वर्ष, महत्वपूर्ण तिथियों की संबंधित निर्णायक तिथि पर।
• SC/ST/OBC आरक्षित श्रेणियाँ — स्रोत में निर्धारित लागू श्रेणी छूट — अनारक्षित पद पर श्रेणी आधारित आयु छूट नहीं; SC/ST शुल्क छूट बनी रहती है।
• पात्र CSIR/सरकारी/स्वायत्त निकाय/PSU कर्मचारी — अधिकतम 5 वर्ष — केवल TO और Technician (1); समान/संबद्ध संवर्ग में 3 वर्ष निरंतर सेवा। लागू श्रेणी छूट सहित SC/ST को अधिकतम 10 तथा OBC-NCL को 8 वर्ष।
• PwBD — 10 वर्ष; लागू होने पर SC/ST को कुल 15 या OBC को 13 — केवल TO, Technician (1), MTS; चिह्नित उपयुक्त पद और आवश्यक चिकित्सकीय/दस्तावेज शर्तें।
• पुनर्विवाह न करने वाली विधवा/तलाकशुदा/न्यायिक रूप से अलग महिलाएँ — अधिकतम आयु 35; संबंधित आरक्षित पद पर SC/ST को 40 और OBC को 38 — केवल Technician (1) और MTS; आवश्यक निर्णय/मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र और शपथपत्र।
• सभी पाँच समूहों में भूतपूर्व सैनिक आयु छूट सैन्य सेवा घटाकर 3 वर्ष है। सामान्यतः सेवारत सैनिक शामिल नहीं, सिवाय पेंशन अर्जित कर मुक्त होने वालों के; अर्धसैनिक कर्मी तभी जहाँ पद के लिए स्पष्ट प्रावधान हो। दर्जा/एक वर्ष के भीतर release का सक्षम अधिकारी प्रमाण चाहिए; आश्रित को छूट नहीं।
• Security Officer और Security Assistant PwBD के लिए उपयुक्त चिह्नित नहीं हैं; PwBD इन दो पदों के लिए पात्र नहीं और दिव्यांगता आयु छूट नहीं। विभागीय और विधवा/तलाकशुदा महिला छूट भी इन दोनों पदों पर नहीं है।

पदवार वेतन / वेतनमान

आवेदन शुल्क

• लागू उम्मीदवार — प्रति पद कोड ₹500, अप्रतिदेय — SBI Collect/ऑनलाइन गेटवे; पद की अंतिम तिथि से पहले ट्रांजैक्शन नंबर और ई-रसीद अपलोड करें।
• SC/ST/PwBD/महिला/पात्र भूतपूर्व सैनिक — सहायक प्रमाणपत्र देने पर छूट — भूतपूर्व सैनिक छूट/रियायत लेकर केंद्र के सिविल पद पर पहले से नियमित नियुक्त भूतपूर्व सैनिक को इस नोटिस में शुल्क छूट नहीं है।

चयन प्रक्रिया

परीक्षा की योजना

परीक्षा के नियम

• Technical Officer/Technician: Paper I सही +2, ऋणात्मक अंक नहीं; PapersII/III सही +3 और गलत −1। MTS: सही +3 और गलत −1। Security Officer Paper I में ऋणात्मक अंक नहीं; Security Assistant व्यक्तित्व परीक्षा सही +1, ऋणात्मक अंक नहीं।
• Technical Officer: objective OMR/CBT, निर्धारित PG diploma/PG/BE/BTech स्तर। Technician: objective OMR, SSC+ITI/12वीं स्तर। MTS: objective OMR/CBT, 10वीं स्तर। English-language प्रश्न छोड़कर पेपर English/Hindi में।
• Security Officer: स्नातक स्तर, objective OMR/CBT Paper I और वर्णनात्मक Paper II। Security Assistant: 12वीं स्तर, objective OMR/CBT व्यक्तित्व परीक्षा और वर्णनात्मक अंतिम लिखित परीक्षा। Security पेपर द्विभाषी हैं और English या Hindi में उत्तर दे सकते हैं।
• Technical Officer/Technician के पात्र PwBD को प्रति घंटे या उसके भाग पर 20 मिनट अतिरिक्त समय। MTS के लेखक-पात्र समय का विवरण परीक्षा योजना में है।
• लिखित/शारीरिक/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षा सामान्यतः भोपाल में; TO/Technician trade test भारत के अन्य उपयुक्त केंद्र में भी हो सकती है। प्रवेशपत्र के reporting time से पहले पहुँचें। अधिसूचित नियमों के पात्र SC/ST को छोड़कर TA/DA नहीं; electronic gadgets निषिद्ध हैं।

ट्रेड और शारीरिक परीक्षण

• Technical Officer: trade test अर्हकारी है; समिति practical/demonstration या अन्य संबंधित तरीका और अर्हता तय करेगी। Technician को भी लिखित पेपर से पहले trade test पास करना है।
• दोनों Security पद — न्यूनतम पुरुष/महिला ऊँचाई: सामान्य 167/157 cm; पहाड़ी क्षेत्र 165/155 cm; ST 162.5/154 cm। पुरुष सीना बिना फुलाए/फुलाकर: सामान्य व पहाड़ी 80/85 cm; ST 77/82 cm।
• पहाड़ी मानक गढ़वाल, कुमाऊँ, हिमाचल प्रदेश, गोरखा, डोगरा, मराठा, कश्मीर घाटी, लेह/लद्दाख, उत्तर-पूर्वी राज्यों और सिक्किम के लिए है।
• दोनों Security पद — पुरुष: 1600m दौड़ 6मिनट 30सेकंड; 3 प्रयासों में 3.65m लंबी कूद; कम-से-कम 6 chin-ups, 12 push-ups और 10 sit-ups। महिला: 800m दौड़ 4मिनट, 3 प्रयासों में 2.70m लंबी कूद और कम-से-कम 10 sit-ups।
• Security Officer का शारीरिक माप/परीक्षण केवल एक बार होगा; retest अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं।

आवेदन कैसे करें

• आधिकारिक RECT-02/2026 पेज से TO, Technician, Security या MTS पोर्टल चुनें। नाम, सक्रिय ईमेल/मोबाइल और ईमेल OTP से पंजीकरण करें; निर्देशानुसार हर पद के लिए अलग पंजीकरण/आवेदन दें।
• सभी योग्यताएँ और संबंधित अनुभव भरें, फाइलें व शुल्क रसीद/छूट प्रमाण अपलोड करें और payment transaction number दें। पोर्टल का आधिकारिक भुगतान link उपयोग करें।
• Submit से पहले विवरण जाँचें; जमा आवेदन बदला या वापस नहीं होगा। एक पद कोड का अंतिम पूरा आवेदन ही माना जाएगा। पदवार अवधि में सभी चरण पूरे करें।
• पोर्टल बंद होने से पहले प्रिंट/भुगतान विवरण रखें। तुरंत हार्डकॉपी डाक से न भेजें; माँगे जाने पर दें। परीक्षा तिथि, प्रवेशपत्र और अपडेट AMPRI पर देखें।
• फॉर्म में पूछे CSIR के निकट संबंधी और criminal-case/debarment/service-dismissal इतिहास बताएँ। केवल घोषणा से अपात्रता नहीं होती; तथ्य छिपाने पर candidature रद्द हो सकता है।

आधिकारिक अपडेट और शुद्धिपत्र

• 12-10-2026 — RECT-02/2026 के शुद्धिपत्र ने विज्ञापित दिव्यांगता प्रमाणपत्र प्रोफार्मा III (Forms V, VI, VII) को संशोधित Form V (एकल दिव्यांगता) और Form VI (बहुदिव्यांगता) से बदला है। नए आवेदक आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के संशोधित फॉर्म उपयोग करें।
• पूर्व विज्ञापित प्रारूप में पहले जमा PwBD प्रमाणपत्र मान्य हैं और दोबारा जमा नहीं करने हैं। विज्ञापन की अन्य शर्तें और तिथियाँ यथावत हैं।

आगामी रिक्तियाँ

• TC-03 में 31-03-2027 और TC-04 में 31-05-2027 की सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद रिक्ति बनेगी। इन दो अधिसूचित आगामी पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रस्ताव संबंधित रिक्ति वास्तव में बनने के बाद ही मिलेगा।

Vacancy Details

Who Can Apply

• Indian citizens meeting the post-specific qualification. Security posts require the prescribed ex-serviceman JCO/equivalent paramilitary rank and security experience.

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Technical Officer: 18–30 years; Technician(1): 18–28 years, at their cutoff in Important Dates.
• Security Officer: 18–35 years; Security Assistant: 18–28 years; MTS: 18–25 years, at their cutoff in Important Dates.
• SC/ST/OBC reserved categories — Applicable source-prescribed category relaxation — No category age relaxation for an unreserved post. SC/ST fee exemption still applies.
• Eligible CSIR/government/autonomous-body/PSU employees — Up to 5 years — TO and Technician (1) only; 3 years continuous service in same/allied cadre. Combined maximum 10 years for SC/ST and 8 for OBC-NCL where category relaxation applies.
• PwBD — 10 years; total 15 SC/ST or 13 OBC where applicable — TO, Technician (1), MTS only; suitable identified post and required medical/document conditions.
• Widows/divorced/judicially separated women not remarried — Upper age 35; SC/ST up to 40 and OBC up to 38 against respective reserved posts — Technician (1) and MTS only; required decree/death certificate and affidavit.
• Ex-serviceman age concession is military-service deduction plus 3 years for all five groups. It generally excludes serving armed-forces personnel unless being released after earning pension, and paramilitary personnel unless expressly covered for the post. Status/release within one year must be supported by competent-authority evidence; dependants receive no concession.
• Security Officer and Security Assistant are not identified as suitable for PwBD; PwBD candidates are not eligible for these two posts and receive no disability age relaxation. Departmental and widow/divorced-woman relaxation also does not apply to either security post.

Post-wise Salary / Pay

Application Fee

• Applicable candidates — ₹500 per post code, non-refundable — SBI Collect/online gateway; enter transaction number and upload e-receipt before the post’s deadline.
• SC/ST/PwBD/Women/eligible Ex-servicemen — Exempt with supporting certificate — An ex-serviceman already regularly appointed to a Central civil post using ex-service age relaxation/concession is not eligible for fee concession under this notice.

Examination Rules

• Technical Officer/Technician: Paper I +2 for a correct answer, no negative marking; PapersII/III +3 correct and −1 wrong. MTS: +3 correct and −1 wrong. Security Officer Paper I has no negative marking; Security Assistant personality test +1 correct, no negative marking.
• Technical Officer: objective OMR/CBT, postgraduate diploma/postgraduate/BE/BTech standard as prescribed. Technician: objective OMR, SSC+ITI/Class 12 standard. MTS: objective OMR/CBT, Class 10 standard. These papers are English/Hindi except English-language questions.
• Security Officer: graduate standard, objective OMR/CBT Paper I and subjective Paper II. Security Assistant: Class 12 standard, objective OMR/CBT personality test and subjective final written test. Security papers are bilingual and can be answered in English or Hindi.
• Eligible PwBD for Technical Officer/Technician receive 20 minutes compensatory time per hour or part thereof. MTS scribe-eligible time is shown in the scheme.
• Written/physical/personality tests ordinarily take place in Bhopal; TO/Technician trade tests may also use another suitable centre in India. Report before the admit-card time. No TA/DA except eligible SC/ST under the notified rules; electronic gadgets are prohibited.

Trade and Physical Tests

• Technical Officer: trade test is qualifying; the committee decides practical/demonstration or other relevant mode and qualifying standard. Technician applicants also qualify the trade test before written papers.
• Both security posts — minimum height male/female: General 167/157 cm; hilly areas 165/155 cm; ST 162.5/154 cm. Male chest unexpanded/expanded: General and hilly 80/85 cm; ST 77/82 cm.
• Hilly-area standard applies to Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, Kashmir Valley, Leh/Ladakh, North-Eastern States and Sikkim.
• Both security posts — men: 1600m run in 6min30 sec; long jump 3.65m within 3 attempts; at least 6 chin-ups, 12 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. Women: 800m in 4 min, long jump 2.70m within 3 attempts and at least 10 sit-ups.
• Security Officer physical measurements/tests take place once; no retest request is accepted.

How to Apply

• Use the official RECT-02/2026 page to choose the TO, Technician, Security or MTS portal. Register with name, active email/mobile and verify the emailed OTP; use separate registration/application for each post as instructed.
• Complete all qualifications and relevant experience, upload files and fee receipt/exemption evidence, and enter the payment transaction number. Follow the portal’s official payment link.
• Check details before Submit; submitted applications cannot be changed or withdrawn. Only the latest completed application for one post code is considered. Complete all steps within the post-specific window.
• Retain printout/payment details before the portal closes. Do not post a hard copy immediately; provide it when requested. Monitor AMPRI for test dates, admit cards and updates.
• Declare close relatives in CSIR and the criminal-case/debarment/service-dismissal history requested in the form. Such a declaration by itself is not disqualifying; concealment can cancel candidature.

Official Updates and Corrigenda

• 12-10-2026 — Corrigendum to RECT-02/2026 replaces the advertised disability-certificate Proforma III (Forms V, VI and VII) with revised Form V (single disability) and Form VI (multiple disabilities). New applicants must use the revised forms on the official website.
• PwBD certificates already submitted in the previously advertised format remain valid and need not be re-submitted. All other advertised terms and dates remain unchanged.
