अभ्यावेदन पर निर्णय
- BHPN19732 और BHPN19896 पहले से अनंतिम रूप से पात्र थे; प्रस्तुत दस्तावेज जाँचने के बाद समिति ने स्थिति यथावत रखी।
- BHPN19149 का अनुभव स्वीकार करने के बाद स्थिति अनंतिम रूप से पात्र की गई, बशर्ते NMC/SMC पंजीकरण प्रस्तुत हो और विज्ञापन की धारा 29 का पालन हो।

- The scheduled venue was the Vice-Chancellor Secretariat, CUHP, Dharamshala, District Kangra (HP)-176215. Call letters were being sent by email and registered post; the university disclaimed responsibility for delayed receipt.

Decisions on Representations
- BHPN19732 and BHPN19896 were already provisionally eligible; after checking their submissions the committee left their status unchanged.
- BHPN19149 was changed to provisionally eligible after the experience was accepted, subject to production of NMC/SMC registration and compliance with advertisement clause 29.
- BHPN19231 was found provisionally eligible subject to a Clinical Establishment certificate for the claimed experience from the District Registration Authority and a competent-authority-certified experience certificate instead of an appointment/offer letter.
- The 29 June corrigendum clarifies that the male Medical Officer post was already filled; only the female vacancy was advertised. Other advertisement conditions were unchanged.
