चयन प्रक्रिया
- पात्र आवेदकों को मुंबई/नई दिल्ली स्थित बैंक कार्यालय में व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। केवल शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार की सूचना दी जाएगी।

कार्य और संविदा अवधि
- प्रारंभिक संविदा तीन वर्ष की होगी, जिसे बैंक अपने विवेक से दो वर्ष और बढ़ा सकता है।

Selection Process
- Eligible applicants will be shortlisted for a personal interview at the Bank’s office in Mumbai/New Delhi. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview.
- Interview shortlisting will be in the ratio of 1:10. From candidates meeting all prescribed eligibility criteria, if more than ten candidates are found eligible, the shortlist will be based on the percentage score in the postgraduate examination.

Work and Contract Duration
- The initial contract is for three years, extendable by a further two years at the Bank’s discretion.
- Promote the Bank’s products and services, identify business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned region; support customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Acquire clients through marketing, assess client risk, generate financeable proposals, and prepare preliminary-evaluation notes/updates for internal committees as required.
- Develop strategies to onboard corporate clients; analyse market trends and competitor offerings; provide regular market insights and performance reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to create new business opportunities for the Bank.
