आयु सीमा
- Assistant Director: अधिकतम 48 वर्ष; Technical Manager: अधिकतम 42 वर्ष; Technical Assistant: अधिकतम 37 वर्ष। आयु की गणना ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि के अनुसार होगी।
- सरकारी कर्मचारियों और Ex-servicemen को भारत सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार तथा IGNOU कर्मचारियों को विश्वविद्यालय के Recruitment & Promotion Rules के अनुसार आयु-छूट दी जाएगी।
- अनारक्षित पदों पर आवेदन करने वाले SC/ST/OBC/PwBD उम्मीदवारों को श्रेणी की आयु/कटऑफ छूट नहीं मिलेगी; केवल आयु-छूट से पात्र बनने वाले उम्मीदवार अपनी पात्र आरक्षित श्रेणी में ही विचारित होंगे।

चयन प्रक्रिया
- IGNOU मेरिट, अनुभव या अतिरिक्त स्क्रीनिंग मानदंडों पर छँटनी कर सकता है। संबंधित पद के अनुसार CBT, लिखित परीक्षा, कौशल परीक्षण और/या साक्षात्कार लिया जा सकता है।
परीक्षा की योजना
- लिखित परीक्षा होने पर परीक्षा-केंद्र विकल्प और पाठ्यक्रम के लिंक बाद में IGNOU वेबसाइट पर सक्रिय होंगे। विश्वविद्यालय के निर्णय के अनुसार प्रश्नपत्र अंग्रेजी या अंग्रेजी–हिंदी में हो सकता है; विवाद में अंग्रेजी संस्करण मान्य होगा।
- विश्वविद्यालय छँटनी के कटऑफ तय या बदल सकता है। एक से अधिक पदों के आवेदक CBT के समय में टकराव जाँचें।

- IGNOU के Samarth भर्ती पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन फॉर्म और फीस भुगतान पूरा करें। पात्र उम्मीदवार कई पदों पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

अन्य पात्रता शर्तें

Age Limit

Selection Process
- IGNOU may shortlist applicants on merit, experience or additional screening criteria. CBT, written test, skill test and/or interview may be used as applicable to the post.
Scheme of the Examination
- If a written examination is held, centre-choice and syllabus links will be activated later on IGNOU’s website. The paper may be in English or English–Hindi as decided by the University; the English version prevails in a dispute.
- The University may set or vary shortlisting cut-offs. Applicants to multiple posts should check their CBT timings.

How to Apply
- Complete the online form and fee payment on IGNOU’s Samarth recruitment portal. Eligible candidates may apply for multiple posts.
- Send the signed application printout and enclosures to Recruitment Cell, Room No. 13, Block No. 7, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110068, within the hard-copy deadline in Important Dates.
- Follow the official website, registered email and SMS for test/interview updates; call letters are not sent by post.
Other Eligibility Conditions
- Nationality: citizen of India, Nepal or Bhutan; Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01-01-1962 for permanent settlement; or person of Indian origin migrating from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam for permanent settlement. The non-Indian categories require the Government of India eligibility certificate specified in the notice.
