संविदा की शर्तें

Essential Qualification and Experience

| A Master's degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Urban Planning or a closely related discipline with at least 55% marks, plus a Ph.D. in a field relevant to Urban Studies, is required. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible. |
| Desirable: substantial research in urban planning/development/policy, municipal finance, transport, poverty/social issues, law or disaster-risk reduction; quantitative/qualitative methods and policy analytics/evaluation; current statistical/econometric/analytical tools (EViews, Gretl, Julia, MATLAB, Power BI, Python, R, Stata, SPSS, Tableau); large datasets, AI-assisted research and surveys; report/policy-paper writing, stakeholder coordination, communication and independent/multidisciplinary work. |

Salary / Pay Scale

| Consolidated remuneration is ₹90,000 per month, all inclusive. An annual increment of up to 10% of the prevailing monthly remuneration may be granted. |
Selection Process
- Shortlisting — Based on qualifications/experience
- Interview/Test — Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by email; the interview may be virtual
Contract Terms
- Initial one-year contract, renewable yearly after performance review and approval; maximum three years. Project-related travel, field visits, consultations, workshops and meetings may be required.
- Meeting minimum eligibility does not ensure shortlisting or interview.
