आयु सीमा

चयन प्रक्रिया
- आवश्यक होने पर छँटनी: अधिक अभ्यर्थी होने पर समिति न्यूनतम से अधिक योग्यता और अनुभव देखकर साक्षात्कार हेतु संख्या सीमित कर सकती है।
- वॉक-इन साक्षात्कार: विज्ञापित पद के लिए साक्षात्कार होगा; न्यूनतम पात्रता पूरी करना हर चयन चरण में विचार किए जाने की गारंटी नहीं है।
कार्य और जिम्मेदारियाँ
- कार्य: परियोजना प्रमुख अभिलेख तैयार करने, डिजिटलीकरण, मेटाडेटा सूचीकरण और भौतिक संरक्षण के चरणों में टीम का समन्वय एवं पर्यवेक्षण करेगा तथा कार्यशालाएँ, प्रशिक्षण, शैक्षणिक मॉड्यूल, संगोष्ठियाँ और प्रदर्शनियाँ आयोजित करेगा। दोनों सहयोगी भूमिकाओं में नाजुक अभिलेखों की सफाई एवं तैयारी, संरक्षण विशेषज्ञों के साथ समन्वय, डिजिटलीकरण, संग्रह/श्रृंखला/फाइल स्तर का मेटाडेटा बनाना, संवेदनशील सामग्री पहचानना, डेटाबेस एवं क्लाउड व्यवस्था में सहयोग, प्रशिक्षण और जनसंपर्क गतिविधियाँ शामिल हैं।

महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें
- नियुक्ति अस्थायी है और परियोजना समाप्त होने पर बिना नोटिस या मुआवजे के समाप्त हो जाएगी। वित्तपोषक एजेंसी या आईआईएसईआर पुणे में आगे नियुक्ति अथवा समायोजन का दावा नहीं होगा। संबंधित परियोजना पर लागू वित्तपोषक संस्था के नियम लागू होंगे।
- चयन प्रक्रिया के दौरान आवश्यकता के अनुसार पदों की संख्या बदल सकती है। चयनित अभ्यर्थी के कार्यभार ग्रहण न करने या इस्तीफा देने पर प्रतीक्षा सूची से प्रस्ताव दिया जा सकता है।

Age Limit

Selection Process

Role and Responsibilities
- Duties: The Project Lead coordinates and supervises archival preparation, digitisation, metadata cataloguing and physical preservation, and organizes workshops, training, academic modules, seminars and exhibitions. Both associate roles involve preparing fragile archival materials, collaborating with conservation professionals, supporting digitisation, creating collection/series/file-level metadata, identifying sensitive content, assisting database and cloud organization, and contributing to training and public engagement.
