वित्तीय बोली और मासिक पारिश्रमिक

मदआधिकारिक शर्त
प्रति सुविधा मासिक बोलीप्रत्येक चुने हुए स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के लिए अलग मासिक राशि; अधिकतम ₹3,00,000/माह प्रति सुविधा। यह निश्चित वेतन नहीं है।
अन्य प्रोत्साहनसरकारी संकल्प संख्या 58(21), 11.04.2025 के अनुसार स्वास्थ्य बीमा दावा-संबंधी प्रोत्साहन, यदि पात्र।

चयन प्रक्रिया

  • हर अस्पताल/विशेषज्ञता के लिए पात्र अभ्यर्थियों की वित्तीय बोली में न्यूनतम स्वीकार्य मासिक रकम देने वाले को L-1 माना जाएगा। सरकार अस्वीकार्य दर अस्वीकार कर सकती है।
  • समान L-1 पर क्रम: संबंधित विषय में PG Degree को PG Diploma से प्राथमिकता; अधिक प्रासंगिक अनुभव; जन्मतिथि; फिर विभागीय नियम।
  • PwBD तथा आरक्षित वर्ग की सरकारी वरीयता/कोटा लागू हो सकता है, जिसमें L-1 दर पर बातचीत शामिल है।
  • L-1 उम्मीदवार 30 दिन में पदभार नहीं ले तो अगली पात्र बोली पर विचार हो सकता है; इससे अपने आप नियुक्ति का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।

संविदा सेवा एवं आवास नियम

  • संविदा प्रारंभ में तीन वर्ष तक निष्पादित हो सकती है लेकिन वित्त-वर्ष और नियमित SMO की तैनाती से जुड़ी होगी; आपसी सहमति से नवीनीकरण संभव। नियमितीकरण, वरिष्ठता या स्थायी सरकारी सेवा का दावा नहीं।
  • स्वीकृत स्वास्थ्य संस्थान में ही कार्य; स्थानांतरण नहीं। सरकारी आवास उपलब्ध होने पर वहीं, अन्यथा सामान्यतः जिला अस्पताल से 3 किमी की परिधि में निवास।
  • अभ्यर्थी नौकरी छोड़ना चाहे तो तीन माह पूर्व नोटिस या उतने मानदेय की राशि; विभाग संतोषजनक काम न होने पर एक माह की नोटिस/मानदेय शर्त पर सेवा समाप्त कर सकता है।

Selection Process

  • Eligible bidders are compared facility-wise; the lowest acceptable monthly quote is L-1. The government may reject an unacceptable quote.
  • For equal bids: relevant PG degree preferred over diploma, then greater relevant experience, then date of birth, then other applicable department criteria.
  • Applicable government preferences/quotas for PwBD and reserved-category candidates may be considered, including negotiation at L-1 rate.
  • If the selected L-1 bidder does not join within 30 days, the facility may be offered to the next eligible bidder; selection does not confer an automatic right of appointment.

Contractual Service and Accommodation

  • Agreement may initially be for three years, co-terminous with the financial year and earlier regular SMO posting; renewable by mutual consent. No claim to regularisation, seniority or permanent government service.
  • Work at allotted non-transferable facility. Government accommodation if available, otherwise ordinarily reside within 3 km of the district hospital.
  • Candidate discontinuation requires three-month notice or equivalent pay; authority may terminate for unsatisfactory service with one month's notice or remuneration in lieu, as applicable.
