आवेदन शुल्क और भुगतान
- SC/ST/PwBD: आवेदन शुल्क शून्य; सूचना शुल्क ₹150। कुल ₹150 और लागू GST।
- अन्य सभी अभ्यर्थी: आवेदन शुल्क ₹700 और सूचना शुल्क ₹150। कुल ₹850 और लागू GST। आवेदन/सूचना शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा; बैंक लेन-देन शुल्क अभ्यर्थी को देना होगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया
- चयन साक्षात्कार से होगा। योग्यता, अनुभव और अन्य संबंधित मानदंडों के आधार पर 1:3 अनुपात में अभ्यर्थियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। बैंक न्यूनतम अर्हता मानक और चयन समिति अंतिम चयन तय करेगी।
- शॉर्टलिस्ट और बाद में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के रोल नंबर नाबार्ड वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित होंगे। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति-पूर्व चिकित्सा जाँच होगी; अंतिम नियुक्ति के लिए बैंक के चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा फिट घोषित होना आवश्यक है।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- नाबार्ड के Career Notices पेज पर इस भर्ती के विज्ञापन के नीचे “APPLY HERE” चुनें। केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार होंगे। भर्ती पूरी होने तक व्यक्तिगत ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर सक्रिय रखें।
- “Click here for New Registration” चुनकर नाम, संपर्क और ईमेल भरें। स्क्रीन पर दिखे तथा ईमेल/SMS से मिले प्रोविजनल पंजीकरण नंबर और पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें।
- “Save & Next” से आवेदन भरें; नाम प्रमाणपत्र, अंकपत्र और पहचान पत्र के अनुसार हों। दृष्टिबाधित अभ्यर्थी अंतिम जमा करने से पहले प्रत्येक विवरण स्वयं सत्यापित करें या सत्यापित कराएँ।
- पूरा आवेदन वैलिडेट करके प्रीव्यू देखें। सभी विवरण, फोटो और हस्ताक्षर जाँचने के बाद ही “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” चुनें; इसके बाद परिवर्तन स्वीकार नहीं होंगे।
- Payment टैब पर लागू शुल्क का भुगतान करें। सर्वर की प्रतिक्रिया की प्रतीक्षा करें; Back या Refresh न दबाएँ, अन्यथा दो बार शुल्क कट सकता है।
- सफल भुगतान पर ई-रसीद बनेगी। ई-रसीद न बने तो प्रोविजनल पंजीकरण नंबर/पासवर्ड से दोबारा लॉगिन कर भुगतान पुनः करें। शुल्क विवरण वाली ई-रसीद और पूर्ण आवेदन का प्रिंट सुरक्षित रखें, फिर ब्राउज़र बंद करें।
संविदा, वेतनवृद्धि और लाभ
- प्रारंभिक संविदा 2 वर्ष की है; वार्षिक समीक्षा के आधार पर 3 वर्ष और बढ़ सकती है। कुल अवधि 5 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी। संविदा से नियमित रोजगार का अधिकार या दावा नहीं मिलता।
- संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन पर बैंक के विवेक से अधिकतम 10% वार्षिक वृद्धि दी जा सकती है। पारिश्रमिक नाबार्ड की कुल लागत है, इसमें लागू वैधानिक भुगतान शामिल हैं और स्रोत पर कर कटौती होगी। भविष्य निधि, पेंशन, ग्रेच्युटी या अन्य सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ नहीं मिलेंगे।
- अनुरोध और उपलब्धता पर पारिश्रमिक के 0.5% लाइसेंस शुल्क पर आवास मिल सकता है। आवास न मिलने पर निश्चित HRA पारिश्रमिक का 10% है। सरकारी दौरे के यात्रा/ठहराव भत्ते समकक्ष बैंक ग्रेड या नियुक्ति पत्र की शर्तों के अनुसार होंगे; उपलब्ध बैंक डिस्पेंसरी में चिकित्सा सुविधा केवल स्वयं के लिए है।

Application Fee and Payment

Selection Process
- Selection is through interview. Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio on the basis of qualification, experience and other relevant criteria. The Bank decides minimum qualifying standards and the Selection Committee decides final selection.
- Roll numbers of shortlisted and subsequently selected candidates will be published on NABARD’s website. Selected candidates must undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination; final appointment requires fitness certification by the Bank’s Medical Officer.

How to Apply

- Choose “Click here for New Registration” and enter your name, contact details and email. Retain the provisional registration number and password displayed by the system and sent by email/SMS.
- Complete the application using “Save & Next”; names must match certificates, marksheets and identity proof. Visually impaired candidates should verify or arrange verification of every detail before final submission.
- Validate and preview the complete application. Select “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” only after checking every entry, photograph and signature; changes are not permitted afterward.

Contract, Increment and Benefits
- The contract is initially for 2 years and may be extended for another 3 years, with annual reviews; the total cannot exceed 5 years. Engagement gives no right or claim to regular employment.
- An annual increment of up to 10% may be granted for satisfactory performance at the Bank’s discretion. Remuneration is the cost to NABARD, includes applicable statutory payments and is subject to tax deduction at source. No provident fund, pension, gratuity or other superannuation benefits are available.
- Quarters may be allotted on request and subject to availability at a licence fee of 0.5% of remuneration. If quarters are not allotted, fixed HRA is 10% of remuneration. Official-tour travel/halting allowances follow the equivalent bank grade or appointment-letter terms; medical facilities are for self only at available bank dispensaries.
- Leave is up to 30 days per calendar year on a proportionate basis. Continuous absence ordinarily cannot exceed 10 days except certified medical emergencies. Absence over one month is treated as notice unless exceptionally approved. Leave requires administrative convenience, cannot be carried forward, includes intervening holidays and excess absence may be unpaid; notice-period leave is ordinarily limited to medical emergencies.
- NABARD may terminate the contract without prior notice or reason; in the normal course it gives one month’s notice. A specialist may terminate with one month’s notice or pay in lieu of the unserved notice period. The Bank may modify recruitment terms, suspend or terminate engagement.
Post-wise Work and Required Skills
- SOC Analyst: monitor SIEM logs, endpoints and security alerts; triage and investigate incidents, coordinate containment/remediation and root-cause analysis, support malware analysis, track security indicators and reports, participate in drills and work with vendors. The SOC supports 24×7 monitoring and rotational shifts may be required.
- Information Security Analyst: assess IT risks and controls; handle policies, exceptions, regulatory compliance, audit action reports and indicators; review security of applications/APIs, cloud, virtualization, containers, microservices and remote access; oversee third parties and security solutions and support awareness. Working knowledge of network, application and cloud security is expected.
- Network Security Analyst: maintain firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, NAC, NBAD and anti-DDoS; monitor and correlate alerts, investigate incidents, harden configurations, validate changes/backups/disaster recovery and coordinate OEM fixes and audits. Critical incidents may require on-call support, extended hours or rotational shifts.
- Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester: test applications, APIs, networks and infrastructure through VAPT, ethical hacking/red teaming and DAST; assess exploit paths, report risks/remediation, retest fixes and support pre-go-live security reviews. Hands-on Burp Suite/OWASP testing skills are expected where applicable; project schedules may require extended hours.
- Lead Auditor: manage audit plans, checklists and reports; incorporate RBI/NABARD regulations, coordinate onsite teams and banks, close findings, analyse inspection trends, issue advisories and provide training. Audit assignments require travel across India.
