आवेदन शुल्क
- SC/ST के लिए ₹300 तथा अन्य सभी अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ₹300।
- जमा शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा और किसी अन्य परीक्षा या चयन के लिए सुरक्षित नहीं रखा जाएगा।
चयन प्रक्रिया
- चरण I: स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा। स्क्रीनिंग की मेरिट के आधार पर रिक्तियों के पाँच गुना (1:5) अभ्यर्थियों को ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- चरण II: ड्राइविंग टेस्ट। ड्राइविंग टेस्ट की मेरिट के आधार पर रिक्तियों के तीन गुना (1:3) योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- चरण III: साक्षात्कार / मौखिक परीक्षा, 20 अंक; उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए कम-से-कम 60%, अर्थात 12 अंक आवश्यक।
- प्रत्येक चरण में अर्हता के अधीन अंतिम मेरिट ड्राइविंग टेस्ट और साक्षात्कार के संयुक्त अंकों से बनेगी। बराबरी पर पहले लिखित परीक्षा में अधिक अंक, फिर अधिक आयु को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।

परीक्षा के नियम
- स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा OMR शीट पर वस्तुनिष्ठ बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों की होगी; पूरी परीक्षा की संयुक्त अवधि एक घंटा है।
- स्क्रीनिंग के अंक अंतिम मेरिट में नहीं जुड़ते; बराबरी की स्थिति में उनका अलग उपयोग चयन नियमों में दिया गया है।
- स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा के बाद उत्तर कुंजी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होगी।

- ड्राइविंग टेस्ट: कुल 40 अंक; वाहन शुरू करना, चलाना, पार्किंग और वाहन चलाने के बाद की जाँच—प्रत्येक के 10 अंक।
- अर्हता के लिए कम-से-कम 50% (40 में 20 अंक) आवश्यक हैं।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- आधिकारिक कोहिमा पीठ वेबसाइट का Driver आवेदन लिंक खोलें। यूज़रनेम, पासवर्ड, सक्रिय ईमेल, जन्मतिथि और मोबाइल नंबर से पंजीकरण करें; ईमेल देर से आए तो भी पंजीकरण कोड लिखकर रखें।
- पंजीकृत ईमेल और पासवर्ड से लॉग इन करें, पोर्टल निर्देश पढ़ें तथा व्यक्तिगत, योग्यता और अतिरिक्त विवरण भरें। दस्तावेज़ एवं अपलोड अनुभाग में बताए गए निर्धारित दस्तावेज़ जमा करें।
- फॉर्म पूरा करने के बाद भुगतान पेज खुलेगा। आधिकारिक सूचना / पोर्टल के QR कोड से भुगतान करें, ट्रांजैक्शन ID भरें और रसीद अपलोड करें। सूचना में REGISTRAR G.H.C.K BENCH RECRUITMENT CELL, खाता 40437170445, IFSC SBI0008306 दिया है।
- केवल निर्धारित ऑनलाइन माध्यम स्वीकार होगा। समय रहते आवेदन करें; फोटो या हस्ताक्षर के बिना या अन्य अधूरे फॉर्म निरस्त हो सकते हैं। दर्ज जानकारी की जिम्मेदारी अभ्यर्थी की है।
- राज्य / केंद्र सरकार और PSU कर्मचारियों को आवेदन करते समय नियोक्ता को सूचित करना होगा।
- आवेदन की तकनीकी समस्या के लिए [email protected] पर लिखें और [email protected] को प्रति दें; विषय में पद तथा संदेश में पंजीकरण कोड, अभ्यर्थी का नाम, पिता का नाम और समस्या दें।
अभ्यर्थियों के लिए निर्देश
- हर चरण में प्रवेश अनंतिम है। पात्रता मात्र से परीक्षा में बुलावा सुनिश्चित नहीं होता; सत्यापन में अपात्र मिलने पर किसी भी चरण में अभ्यर्थिता निरस्त हो सकती है। प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष सिफारिश करने पर अभ्यर्थिता निरस्त होगी।
- अनंतिम रोल नंबर सूची और परीक्षा बुलावे के लिए उच्च न्यायालय / जिला न्यायालय वेबसाइट तथा सूचना पट्ट देखें; न्यायालय अलग प्रवेशपत्र के बजाय वेबसाइट सूचना से बुला सकता है। परीक्षा या साक्षात्कार में भाग लेने का TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।
- न्यायालय किसी भी चरण में विज्ञापन रद्द कर सकता है, कटऑफ तय कर सकता है या शर्तें बदल सकता है। परीक्षा सामग्री का निपटान 26-06-2025 की अधिसूचना 50 के SOP के अनुसार होगा; अन्य अनिर्दिष्ट विषय न्यायालय तय करेगा।
आधिकारिक अपडेट और शुद्धिपत्र
- 14-10-2026 की अधिसूचना से दो रिक्त ड्राइवर पद तत्काल प्रभाव से स्थानांतरित किए गए हैं: एक फेक से वोखा और एक दीमापुर से कोहिमा। ऊपर दी गई मूल कार्यालयवार तालिका को इस बाद के आदेश के साथ पढ़ें; आदेश में भर्ती की नई समेकित तालिका नहीं दी गई है।

Application Fee

Selection Process
- Stage I: screening examination. Candidates are shortlisted for the driving test at five times the vacancies (1:5), in screening merit order.
- Stage II: driving test. Qualified candidates are called for interview and document verification at three times the vacancies (1:3), in driving-test merit order.
- Stage III: interview / viva voce, 20 marks; qualify with at least 60%, i.e. 12 marks.
- Final merit uses driving-test plus interview marks, subject to qualifying the respective stages. Ties are resolved first by higher written-examination marks, then by greater age.

Examination Rules
- The screening paper uses objective multiple-choice questions on an OMR sheet; the combined duration is one hour.
- Screening marks do not count in final merit; their separate tie-breaking use is specified in the selection rules.
- Answer keys will be available on the official website after the screening examination.
Skill and Other Tests
- Driving test: 40 marks, split into starting, driving, parking and after-driving checks, 10 marks each.
- At least 50% (20 out of 40) is required to qualify.

How to Apply
- Open the Driver application link on the official Kohima Bench website. Register with username, password, active email, date of birth and mobile number; note the registration code even if the acknowledgement email is delayed.
- Sign in with the registered email and password, read the portal instructions, and complete personal, qualification and additional information. Submit the prescribed files listed in Documents Required and Uploads.
- The payment page follows the forms. Use the official notice / portal QR code, enter the payment transaction ID and upload the receipt. The notice names REGISTRAR G.H.C.K BENCH RECRUITMENT CELL, account 40437170445, IFSC SBI0008306.
- Only the prescribed online mode is accepted. Apply before the deadline; incomplete forms, including missing photograph or signature, may be rejected. Candidates are responsible for their entered information.
- State/Central government and PSU employees must inform their employer when applying.
- For application technical problems, email [email protected] and copy [email protected]; include the post in the subject and the registration code, applicant name, father's name and problem in the message.
Candidate Instructions
- Admission to each stage is provisional. Eligibility alone does not guarantee a test call; failing eligibility verification can cancel candidature at any stage. Direct or indirect canvassing leads to rejection.
- Check the High Court / District Court websites and notice boards for provisional roll-number lists and test calls; the Court may use a website notification instead of issuing individual admit cards. No TA/DA is payable for attending tests or interview.
- The Court may cancel the advertisement, set cutoffs or change its terms at any stage. Examination materials are retained/destroyed under the SOP in Notification 50 dated 26-06-2025; other unspecified matters are decided by the Court.
Official Updates and Corrigenda
- The 14-10-2026 notification rationalises two vacant Driver posts with immediate effect: one from Phek to Wokha and one from Dimapur to Kohima. Read this later order alongside the original office-wise table above; the order does not republish a consolidated recruitment table.
- The advertisement permits the number of posts to increase or decrease at final selection.
