कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ
- नर्सिंग देखभाल, दर्द/दवा प्रबंधन और रिकॉर्ड; रोगी/परिवार को शिक्षित व शामिल करना; संक्रमण नियंत्रण, सुरक्षा, गोपनीयता और गुणवत्ता प्रक्रियाएँ अपनाना।
- गुणवत्ता संकेतक निगरानी, घटना/जोखिम की सूचना और लागू ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS तथा CNE प्रशिक्षण।
- रक्त नमूना प्रोटोकॉल, ऑपरेशन पूर्व एंटीसेप्टिक तैयारी, इंजेक्शन, नेबुलाइजेशन, ट्रेकियोस्टॉमी देखभाल/सक्शनिंग, डिफिब्रिलेटर, कैथेटर देखभाल, स्पिल प्रबंधन, डिस्चार्ज संबंधी जानकारी और रोगी पोजिशनिंग।
- Allen's test, धमनी/शिरा रक्त विश्लेषण और निर्धारित POCT नमूना जाँच; गंभीर मानों का रिकॉर्ड और उपचारकर्ता डॉक्टरों को सूचना।

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver and document nursing care, pain/medication management; educate and involve patients/families; follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality and quality procedures.
- Monitor quality indicators, report incidents and escalate risks; attend applicable ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS and CNE training.
- Blood-collection protocols, preoperative antiseptic preparation, injections, nebulisation, tracheostomy care/suctioning, defibrillator use, catheter care, spill management, discharge education and patient positioning.
- Perform Allen's test, arterial/venous blood analysis and specified POCT sample processing; document and report critical values to treating consultants.
