कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ
- नर्सिंग देखभाल, दर्द/दवा प्रबंधन और रिकॉर्ड; रोगी/परिवार को शिक्षित व शामिल करना; संक्रमण नियंत्रण, सुरक्षा, गोपनीयता और गुणवत्ता प्रक्रियाएँ अपनाना।
- गुणवत्ता संकेतक निगरानी, घटना/जोखिम की सूचना और लागू ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS तथा CNE प्रशिक्षण।
- हृदय/तंत्रिका आकलन, कार्डियक मॉनिटरिंग, ऑपरेशन बाद/वेंटिलेटर देखभाल, IV/सेंट्रल लाइन, सक्शनिंग, ऑक्सीजनेशन, पेसमेकर सहायता, स्टेराइल तकनीक, DVT/FAST HUG प्रोटोकॉल, तरल/दवा गणना, ड्रेनेज और नारकोटिक्स प्रबंधन।
- Allen's test, धमनी/शिरा रक्त विश्लेषण और निर्धारित POCT नमूना जाँच; गंभीर मानों का रिकॉर्ड और उपचारकर्ता डॉक्टरों को सूचना।

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver and document nursing care, pain/medication management; educate and involve patients/families; follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality and quality procedures.
- Monitor quality indicators, report incidents and escalate risks; attend applicable ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS and CNE training.
- Cardiovascular/neurological assessment, cardiac monitoring, postoperative/ventilator care, IV and central lines, suctioning, oxygenation, pacemaker assistance, sterile techniques, DVT/FAST HUG protocols, fluid/drug calculations, drainage and narcotics management.
- Perform Allen's test, arterial/venous blood analysis and specified POCT sample processing; document and report critical values to treating consultants.
