आवेदन कैसे करें
- NHSRC का आधिकारिक भर्ती पोर्टल खोलकर FCNM पद कोड चुनें।
- सही जानकारी के साथ निर्धारित ऑनलाइन आवेदन पूरा करके जमा करें। अन्य प्रारूप में आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं होते हैं।
नियुक्ति की शर्तें
- प्रारंभिक अनुबंध 31-03-2027 तक है; प्रदर्शन और विभाग की आवश्यकता पर विस्तार संभव है। पहले तीन महीने परिवीक्षा है। TOR में संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन पर पूरे एक वर्ष तक जारी रखने और विवेकाधीन नवीनीकरण का भी उल्लेख है।
- राज्य, जिला, ब्लॉक और ग्राम स्तर तक व्यापक यात्रा आवश्यक है; स्वीकृत यात्रा पर NHSRC नियमों के अनुसार दैनिक भत्ता मिलता है। कोई भी पक्ष एक माह का लिखित नोटिस देकर परामर्श नियुक्ति समाप्त कर सकता है।

- Open the official NHSRC recruitment portal and select job code FCNM.
- Complete and submit the prescribed online application with accurate information. Applications in any other format are not accepted.
Engagement Conditions
- The initial contract runs until 31-03-2027, with possible extension based on performance and divisional requirements. The first three months are probation. The TOR additionally describes continuation for a full year subject to satisfactory performance and discretionary renewal.
- Extensive travel to State, District, Block and village levels is required; approved travel attracts per diem under NHSRC rules. Either party may end the consultancy with one month’s written notice.
