चयन प्रक्रिया
- दोनों पदों के लिए चयन में प्रायोगिक परीक्षा के बाद साक्षात्कार होगा।
- अधिक आवेदन मिलने पर शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन, संबंधित अनुभव और अन्य वस्तुनिष्ठ मानदंडों से शॉर्टलिस्टिंग हो सकती है। न्यूनतम पात्रता पूरी होने से चयन प्रक्रिया में बुलाए जाने का अधिकार नहीं मिलता। सामान्य शर्तों के अनुसार संस्थान पात्रता सत्यापन बाद के चरण में भी कर सकता है और लागू होने पर ट्रेड टेस्ट रख सकता है।

- संपादक के कार्यों में शैक्षिक वीडियो निर्माण, Adobe Premiere Pro/FCP जैसे सॉफ्टवेयर से एडिटिंग, 2D/3D ग्राफिक्स, कैमरा एवं ई-क्लासरूम उपकरण, MS Office/Photoshop, प्रचार सामग्री, स्मार्ट क्लासरूम और कार्यक्रमों की फोटोग्राफी/रिकॉर्डिंग शामिल हैं। तकनीशियन के कार्यों में नेटवर्किंग, स्मार्ट क्लासरूम और संबंधित उपकरण संचालन, वीडियो निर्माण में सहायता, प्रचार सामग्री, प्रशिक्षण कैलेंडर तथा ABC पोर्टल में ग्रेड शीट जैसे कार्य शामिल हैं। संस्थान अन्य संबंधित कार्य भी सौंप सकता है।

Selection Process
- For both posts, selection comprises a practical examination followed by an interview.
- Where applications are numerous, shortlisting may use academic performance, relevant experience and other objective criteria. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call for selection. Under the general conditions, the institute may verify eligibility at a later stage and conduct a trade test where applicable.
Scheme of the Examination
- Editor-cum-Graphic Designer: practical editing of raw footage.
- Technician: practical handling and setting up of e-classroom equipment.
Post-wise Work and Skills
- The Editor role covers educational video production, editing with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro/FCP, 2D/3D graphics, camera and e-classroom equipment, MS Office/Photoshop, publicity material, smart classrooms, and event photography/recording. The Technician role covers networking, smart classrooms and associated equipment, video-production support, publicity material, training calendars, and grade sheets in the ABC portal. Other related work may be assigned by the institute.
