Selection and Examination-centre Instructions
- Follow the written examination, applicable CPT/physical stages and interview. Post/department preferences are obtained before interview under the original notice; the special online post-editing window has already ended.
- Candidates selected two exam-district preferences. A district with fewer than 500 applicants may be shifted to the second choice; capacity limits allow NSSB to assign another district.

- The 16 October addendum adds DGP-department posts and revises the examination/application schedule. Its eligibility and unchanged terms refer back to the signed 16-09-2026 advertisement.
- The 21 October corrigendum changes the addendum's reservation wording from BT Yimkhiung to BT Yimkhiung/Tikhir. Apply that correction to the DGP Assistant Sub-Inspector reservation entry.
