Responsibilities
- Audit planning systems, operate workforce-planning processes and rate cards, write validation/SOP documentation, coordinate Finance/HR/IT/vendors and support standardized design/testing.
- Forecast staffing, maintain data accuracy, automate reporting and inform budgets; analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, utilization, capacity, overtime and forecast accuracy; present risks, gaps and recommendations.
