कौन आवेदन कर सकता है

• उप-निरीक्षक / प्लाटून कमांडर 2021 भर्ती के मौजूदा अभ्यर्थी; ये सूचनाएँ नए आवेदन नहीं खोलतीं।

परीक्षा की योजना

पाँच विकल्प वाले OMR नियम

• हर प्रश्न में विकल्प 1, 2, 3, 4 और 5 हैं। नीले बॉलपॉइंट पेन से केवल एक गोला भरें; प्रत्येक प्रश्न में एक विकल्प भरना अनिवार्य है।
• प्रश्न हल नहीं करने पर विकल्प 5 भरें। पाँचों गोले खाली छोड़ने पर उस प्रश्न के एक-तिहाई अंक काटे जाते हैं।
• कार्यक्रम में दिए अतिरिक्त समय में सुनिश्चित करें कि हर प्रश्न के लिए एक गोला भरा है।
• 10% से अधिक प्रश्नों में पाँचों गोले खाली छोड़ने पर अभ्यर्थी अयोग्य घोषित होगा।

जारी प्रवेश और पहचान संबंधी निर्देश

• सूचना में सुरक्षा जाँच, फेस रिकग्निशन/अंगूठे के निशान से बायोमेट्रिक सत्यापन और पहचान के लिए लगभग दो घंटे पहले उपस्थित होने को कहा गया था। प्रश्न-पत्र शुरू होने से 60 मिनट पहले प्रवेश बंद; उसके बाद प्रवेश नहीं।
• प्रवेश-पत्र RPSC के Admit Card लिंक पर आवेदन क्रमांक और जन्मतिथि से अथवा SSO → Citizen Apps (G2C) → Recruitment Portal से उपलब्ध था। उसके साथ जारी निर्देश पढ़ें।
• परीक्षा से पहले ई-प्रवेश-पत्र में दिए केंद्र के पते की भौतिक पुष्टि करें; सूचना में ऑनलाइन मानचित्र में गलत स्थान दिखने की चेतावनी थी।
• दलालों और प्रलोभनों से बचें; रिश्वत की माँग या पास कराने के वादे की सूचना प्रमाण सहित जाँच एजेंसी और आयोग को दें। सूचना उल्लिखित राजस्थान अधिनियम 2022 के तहत अनुचित साधनों पर आजीवन कारावास, ₹10 करोड़ तक जुर्माने और संपत्ति कुर्क/जब्त होने की चेतावनी देती है।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज और अपलोड

बाद की उत्तरकुंजी सूचना

• दो मॉडल उत्तरकुंजियाँ सामान्य हिन्दी (प्रश्न-पत्र I) और सामान्य ज्ञान एवं सामान्य विज्ञान (प्रश्न-पत्र II) की थीं। आपत्तियाँ मॉडल प्रश्न-पत्र के अनुसार, केवल परीक्षा में शामिल अभ्यर्थी प्रामाणिक पुस्तकों के प्रमाण सहित दर्ज कर सकते थे।
• शुल्क प्रति प्रश्न ₹100 तथा अतिरिक्त सेवा शुल्क था और वापसी का प्रावधान नहीं था। निर्धारित मार्ग SSO → Recruitment Portal → Question Objection था; भुगतान ई-मित्र या पोर्टल भुगतान माध्यम से। ऑनलाइन आपत्ति केवल एक बार; बिना शुल्क, बिना प्रमाण या अन्य माध्यम की आपत्तियाँ स्वीकार नहीं थीं।

आधिकारिक अपडेट और वर्तमान स्थिति

• मूल परीक्षा 13–15-09-2021 को पाँचवें OMR विकल्प के बिना हुई थी। शुद्धिपत्र में पुनः परीक्षा से पहले सरकार की 06-05-2026 की अनुशंसा और RPSC की 8 मई की निरस्तीकरण सूचना दर्ज है।
• शुद्धिपत्र 15/2026-27 पाँच विकल्प संबंधी निर्देशों को मूल विज्ञापन का भाग बनाता है। संबंधित प्रेस नोट विज्ञापन की अन्य शर्तें यथावत रखता है।
• 20 सितंबर की सूचना पुनः परीक्षा आयोजित होने और दो मॉडल उत्तरकुंजियाँ जारी होने की पुष्टि करती है। यह पृष्ठ सितंबर के परीक्षा निर्देश सुरक्षित रखता है; परीक्षा और आपत्ति की तिथियाँ बीत चुकी हैं।

Five-option OMR Rules

• Each question has options 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Darken only one circle with a blue ballpoint pen; filling one option for every question is compulsory.
• For an unattempted question, darken option 5. If all five circles are left blank, one-third of that question's marks is deducted.
• Use the additional time shown in the schedule to ensure one circle is darkened for every question.
• Leaving all five circles blank in more than 10% of questions disqualifies the candidate.

Published Entry and Identity Instructions

• The notice required arrival about two hours before the examination for security, face recognition/thumb-impression biometric verification and identification. Entry closed 60 minutes before the paper; late entry was not permitted.
• The admit card was available through the RPSC Admit Card link using application number and date of birth, or SSO → Citizen Apps (G2C) → Recruitment Portal. Read the instructions issued with it.
• Physically confirm the venue address printed on the e-admit card before the examination; the notice warned that online maps could show incorrect locations.
• Avoid brokers and inducements; report demands for bribes or promises of passing with evidence to the investigation agency and Commission. The notice warns that unfair means can attract life imprisonment, a fine up to ₹10 crore and property attachment/confiscation under the stated 2022 Rajasthan Act.

Subsequent Answer-key Notice

• Two model answer keys covered General Hindi (Paper I) and General Knowledge & General Science (Paper II). Objections were tied to the model question papers and could be filed only by candidates who took the examination, with evidence from standard, authentic books.
• The fee was ₹100 per question plus service charges, non-refundable. The prescribed route was SSO → Recruitment Portal → Question Objection, with payment through e-Mitra or the portal's payment gateway. Online submission was accepted once only; unpaid, unsupported or other-mode objections were not accepted.

Official Updates and Current Position

• The original examination took place on 13–15-09-2021 without a fifth OMR option. The corrigendum records the government's 06-05-2026 recommendation and RPSC's 8 May cancellation notice before the re-examination.
• Corrigendum 15/2026-27 makes the five-option instructions part of the original advertisement. The accompanying press note retains the advertisement's other conditions.
• The 20 September notice confirms the re-examination was held and two model answer keys were released. This page preserves the September examination instructions; the examination and objection dates have passed.
