Role Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard merchants for QR codes, soundboxes and payment solutions; generate leads through field visits, referrals and local-market networking.
- Explain product features, benefits and prices, and complete merchant KYC and onboarding documents.
- Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets and maintain strong merchant relationships.
- Resolve merchant concerns with support teams, monitor competitors, report market feedback and ensure activation and regular use of payment solutions.
