कौन आवेदन कर सकता है
- निर्धारित योग्यता वाले केवल SC/ST उम्मीदवार। Spices Board के किसी कार्यालय में पहले प्रशिक्षण लेने वाले अपात्र हैं, चाहे प्रशिक्षण पूरा हुआ हो या नहीं।

चयन प्रक्रिया
- Annexure I में दिए लिखित परीक्षा / कंप्यूटर दक्षता प्रक्रिया से चयन।
परीक्षा की योजना
- Annexure II की प्रस्तावित समय-सारणी के अनुसार Annexure I के संबंधित केंद्र पर जाएँ। ऑनलाइन आवेदन न करने वाले या देर से पहुँचने वाले भाग नहीं ले सकेंगे।
रैंक सूची के नियम
- रैंक सूची केवल निर्धारित तिथि तक कार्यग्रहण न करने, या कार्यग्रहण से एक वर्ष के भीतर मृत्यु/त्यागपत्र से उत्पन्न अवसर के लिए उपयोग होगी।
- नई अधिसूचना पहले न आने पर परिणाम से एक वर्ष तक मान्य; कुल चयन विज्ञापित संख्या से अधिक नहीं हो सकता।
प्रशिक्षण की शर्तें
- कार्यग्रहण से दो वर्ष; प्रति माह एक दिन अवकाश। संबंधित क्षेत्र के किसी कार्यालय में पदस्थापन संभव। नियमित नियुक्ति/नियमितीकरण का अधिकार नहीं।
- लिखित परीक्षा में आने के लिए TA/DA नहीं।

Who Can Apply
- Only SC/ST candidates meeting the qualification. Anyone previously trained at a Spices Board office is ineligible, whether or not training was completed.

Selection Process
- Selection through the written test / computer proficiency process identified in Annexure I.
Scheme of the Examination
- Attend the applicable Annexure I test centre on the proposed Annexure II schedule. Candidates who did not apply online or report late cannot participate.
Rank-list Rules
- The rank list is usable only for non-joining by the stipulated joining date, or death/resignation within one year of joining.
- Valid up to one year after results unless a fresh notification is issued earlier; total selections cannot exceed the advertised requirement.
Training Terms
- Two years from joining; one day of leave per month. Posting may be at any office within the specified region. Training gives no right to regular appointment/regularisation.
- No TA/DA for attending the written test.
