आयु सीमा और छूट
- परियोजना प्रबंधक (निगरानी); 28-10-2026 को अधिकतम आयु 45 वर्ष। इसी तिथि पर शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव की पात्रता भी निर्धारित होगी।
अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति: 5 वर्ष; अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग: 3 वर्ष। बेंचमार्क दिव्यांगता में अनारक्षित/अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति को क्रमशः 10/13/15 वर्ष।
केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों को लागू आदेशों के अनुसार अधिकतम 5 वर्ष; संस्थान/विभागीय कर्मचारियों को अधिसूचना के अनुसार की गई सेवा तक छूट। कम-से-कम छह महीने की प्रमाणित सैन्य सेवा वाले भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को रक्षा सेवा अवधि तथा 3 वर्ष की छूट।

चयन प्रक्रिया
- अधिसूचना के अनुसार walk-in चयन में written test/skill test/interview होगा। अधिक उपस्थिति पर उच्च/संबंधित योग्यता और अनुभव के आधार पर screening हो सकती है।

- आवश्यक कौशल: क्लिनिकल ट्रायल निगरानी, अच्छी नैदानिक पद्धति और प्रतिभागियों की सुरक्षा की समझ; कम पर्यवेक्षण में काम; विश्लेषण और समस्या समाधान; अच्छी लिखित/मौखिक अंग्रेजी; निगरानी रिपोर्ट; Word, Excel, PowerPoint और लागू इलेक्ट्रॉनिक क्लिनिकल ट्रायल प्रणालियाँ। ईमानदारी, पेशेवर निर्णय और बहुविषयक टीम में सहयोग की अपेक्षा है।
- Clinical sites की initiation से close-out monitoring; source/consent/data checks; ICH-GCP और भारतीय regulatory compliance; risk-based oversight, CAPAs, audit readiness, GCP/GDocP training तथा reporting। भारत भर में extensive travel, short-notice और लंबी site visits सहित, अनिवार्य है।

- महत्वपूर्ण तिथियों में दिए reporting समय पर THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad–Gurugram Expressway, Faridabad 121001 पहुँचें। देर से आने वालों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
- मोबाइल फोन और वैध पहचान पत्र reception पर जमा करना अनिवार्य है; पूरी चयन प्रक्रिया के बाद वापस मिलेंगे।
महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें
- नियुक्ति अल्पकालिक है। विस्तार संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन और परियोजना अवधि पर निर्भर करेगा; नियमितीकरण का दावा नहीं बनता। सभी योग्यताएँ मान्यता प्राप्त हों और अनुभव निर्धारित न्यूनतम योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद का हो।

Age Limit and Relaxations
- Project Manager (Monitoring); Maximum age is 45 years on 28-10-2026. Educational and experience eligibility are also assessed on this date.
SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years. PwBD candidates receive 10/13/15 years for UR/OBC/SC-ST respectively.
Central Government employees may receive up to 5 years under applicable orders; institute/departmental employees receive the notified service-based concession. Ex-servicemen with at least six months of attested military service receive defence-service duration plus 3 years.

Selection Process

Required Skills and Role
- Required skills: clinical-trial monitoring, Good Clinical Practice and participant protection; independent working; analysis and problem-solving; strong written and spoken English; monitoring reports; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and applicable electronic clinical-trial systems. Integrity, professional judgement and multidisciplinary teamwork are expected.
- Clinical-site monitoring from initiation to close-out; source/consent/data checks; ICH-GCP and Indian regulatory compliance; risk-based oversight, CAPAs, audit readiness, GCP/GDocP training and reporting. Extensive travel throughout India, including short-notice and extended visits, is mandatory.

- The appointment is short-term. Extension depends on satisfactory performance and project tenure; it creates no claim to regularisation. Qualifications must be recognised and experience must follow the prescribed minimum qualification.
