आयु एवं सेवानिवृत्ति शर्तें
- मूल विज्ञापन के अनुसार उसमें उल्लिखित आवेदन अंतिम तारीख पर आयु अधिकतम 50 वर्ष तथा सेवानिवृत्ति और उस तारीख के बीच अंतराल अधिकतम 6 वर्ष है।
- अनुलग्नक 1 में विशेष रूप से 01-10-2026 को आयु पूछी गई है। दोनों शुद्धिपत्र आवेदन तारीख बढ़ाते हुए अन्य शर्तें यथावत रखते हैं; फॉर्म की छपी आयु गणना तिथि नहीं बदलते। निर्धारित फॉर्म इस्तेमाल करें और यदि पात्रता इस तारीख के अंतर पर निर्भर है तो AAI से स्पष्टीकरण लें।

चयन प्रक्रिया
- शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों का आवेदन सत्यापन और साक्षात्कार होगा। चयन साक्षात्कार की मेरिट रैंकिंग से होगा; कार्यक्रम पंजीकृत ईमेल पर भेजा जाएगा।
- आवेदन सत्यापन, साक्षात्कार, कार्यग्रहण या समाप्ति के लिए TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा। पंजीकृत ईमेल सक्रिय रखें। पात्रता पूरी करना साक्षात्कार की गारंटी नहीं; अधिक आवेदन होने पर AAI शॉर्टलिस्टिंग मानक बढ़ा सकता है।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- मूल विज्ञापन के अनुलग्नक 1 का प्रयोग कर पूरा आवेदन वर्तमान बढ़ी अंतिम तारीख तक [email protected] पर ईमेल करें।
- केवल निर्धारित प्रारूप और ईमेल से आवेदन स्वीकार होंगे। सभी जानकारी सही और प्रमाण सहित हो; गलत या अपर्याप्त प्रमाण पर किसी भी चरण में आवेदन अस्वीकृत हो सकता है।
आधिकारिक तारीख विस्तार
- 22-09-2026 को सूचीबद्ध शुद्धिपत्र ने मूल 1 अक्टूबर की अंतिम तारीख 11 अक्टूबर की। 21-10-2026 को सूचीबद्ध शुद्धिपत्र 2 ने 11 अक्टूबर से 11-11-2026 तक बढ़ाया; अन्य शर्तें यथावत हैं।
नियुक्ति के अन्य विवरण
- हर पूर्ण माह पर 1.5 दिन अवकाश; बचा अवकाश आगे नहीं जाएगा और नकदीकरण नहीं होगा। अधिक अनुपस्थिति पर पारिश्रमिक कटेगा; बिना सूचना 3 से अधिक कार्यदिवस अनुपस्थिति पर नियुक्ति समाप्त हो सकती है।
- दोनों पक्ष 1 माह की सूचना या उसके बदले पारिश्रमिक देकर अनुबंध समाप्त कर सकते हैं। विज्ञापन की अनुबंध शर्तों के अनुसार सेवा से संबंधित मृत्यु, चोट या बीमारी के मुआवजे की जिम्मेदारी AAI स्वीकार नहीं करता।

Age and Retirement Conditions
- The original notice limits age to 50 years on the application closing date mentioned in the advertisement, and the interval between retirement and that date to 6 years.
- Annexure 1 specifically asks for age as on 01-10-2026. The two corrigenda extend submission deadlines and state that other terms remain unchanged; they do not revise that printed age-reference field. Use the prescribed form and obtain AAI clarification if your eligibility depends on the date distinction.
Remuneration and Allowances

Selection Process
- Shortlisted applicants will undergo application verification and interview. Selection is by interview merit ranking; the schedule is sent to shortlisted candidates by registered email.
- No TA/DA is paid for application verification, interview, joining or completion. Keep the registered email active. Meeting eligibility alone does not guarantee an interview; AAI may raise shortlisting criteria if applications are numerous.

How to Apply

- Only the prescribed format and email submission are accepted. Ensure all information is accurate and supported; false or insufficient proof can lead to rejection at any stage.
Official Deadline Extensions
- Corrigendum listed 22-09-2026 extended the original 1 October deadline to 11 October. Corrigendum 2 listed 21-10-2026 extended 11 October to 11-11-2026; other terms remain unchanged.
Additional Engagement Details
- Leave accrues at 1.5 days per completed month; unused leave cannot be carried forward or encashed. Excess absence reduces remuneration; absence without notice for more than 3 working days can end engagement.
- Either party may end the contract with 1 month's notice or remuneration in lieu. AAI disclaims compensation for service-attributable death, injury or illness under the stated contract terms.
