पात्रता संबंधी निर्देश
- केवल भारतीय नागरिक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। अनुभव निर्धारित अनिवार्य योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद से 21-11-2026 तक गिना जाएगा। Grade/CGPA/OGPA को विश्वविद्यालय/बोर्ड के नियमों के अनुसार प्रतिशत में लिखें।
- तकनीकी सहायक A और तकनीशियन A में उच्च योग्यता होने पर अपात्रता की शर्त अवश्य देखें। न्यूनतम पात्रता से शॉर्टलिस्ट होने का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
आयु सीमा एवं छूट
- 21-11-2026 को अधिकतम आयु: वैज्ञानिक B 30, अधिकारी B 56, तकनीकी सहायक A 30, सहायक A 28, तकनीशियन A 28 और चालक A 27 वर्ष।
- SC को पांच तथा OBC-NCL को तीन वर्ष की छूट केवल संबंधित आरक्षित पदों पर मिलेगी। अनारक्षित पद पर आवेदन करने वालों को श्रेणी की आयु छूट नहीं और सामान्य उम्मीदवार जैसा व्यवहार होगा। PwD, पूर्व सैनिक और अन्य पात्र मामलों में भारत सरकार के नियम; सेवारत केंद्रीय असैनिक कर्मचारियों के लिए समान/संबद्ध कैडर की शर्त।
- वैध श्रेणी प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करें; OBC-NCL और EWS प्रमाणपत्र अंतिम तिथि से पहले के एक वर्ष के भीतर जारी होना चाहिए।

वेतन की शर्तें
- राशियां हैदराबाद में न्यूनतम वेतन पर लागू DA, HRA और परिवहन भत्ते सहित अनुमानित परिलब्धियां हैं। लागू नियमों के अनुसार NPS, ग्रेच्युटी, बीमा, चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति, बाल शिक्षा भत्ता और LTC जैसे लाभ भी मिलते हैं।
आवेदन शुल्क
- वैज्ञानिक B / अधिकारी B: सामान्य और OBC ₹600; SC, EWS, PwD, महिला और पूर्व सैनिक ₹400 प्रति आवेदन।
- तकनीकी सहायक A / सहायक A / तकनीशियन A / चालक A: सामान्य और OBC ₹500; SC, EWS, PwD, महिला और पूर्व सैनिक ₹300 प्रति आवेदन।
- आरक्षित श्रेणी से UR पद पर आवेदन करने वालों को पूरा शुल्क देना होगा। मूल नोटिस के बैंक विवरण/QR से UPI या NEFT/RTGS भुगतान करें और रसीद अपलोड करें। राशि 21-11-2026 तक ARCI को मिलनी चाहिए; बैंक शुल्क उम्मीदवार वहन करेगा। शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा और एक ही लेनदेन संख्या/रसीद का दोबारा प्रयोग आवेदन अमान्य करता है।
चयन प्रक्रिया
- वैज्ञानिक B: CWE के बाद साक्षात्कार; अंतिम मेरिट में दोनों का 50%-50% भार। शॉर्टलिस्टिंग में relative grading होगा। नोटिस में साक्षात्कार के लिए संख्या का शब्दांकन 'up to a minimum of ten (10) times' है; वास्तविक संख्या ARCI की सूची से देखें।
- अधिकारी B: उपलब्धियों पर 10–15 मिनट की प्रस्तुति, फिर हैदराबाद में साक्षात्कार; अंतिम मेरिट साक्षात्कार से।
- तकनीकी सहायक A, सहायक A और तकनीशियन A: CWE से रिक्तियों के अधिकतम छह गुना उम्मीदवार, फिर केवल उत्तीर्ण/अनुत्तीर्ण प्रकृति की ट्रेड/कौशल परीक्षा। कौशल परीक्षा पास करने पर अंतिम मेरिट CWE अंकों से।
- चालक A: CWE से रिक्तियों के अधिकतम दस गुना उम्मीदवार, फिर ड्राइविंग/मरम्मत कौशल परीक्षा। अंतिम भार 40% CWE और 60% कौशल/ड्राइविंग परीक्षा।

परीक्षा निर्देश
- कंप्यूटर आधारित CWE अंग्रेजी में होगा। लिखित परीक्षा, साक्षात्कार और कौशल/ट्रेड/ड्राइविंग परीक्षण हैदराबाद में होंगे; तिथियां संभावित हैं और आधिकारिक अपडेट से बदल सकती हैं।
- यात्रा भत्ता या आवास नहीं मिलेगा; आवश्यकतानुसार एक-दो दिन ठहरने की व्यवस्था स्वयं करें। कॉल लेटर वेबसाइट पर या ईमेल से मिलेंगे; स्पैम और आधिकारिक अपडेट जांचते रहें।
कौशल / ट्रेड / ड्राइविंग परीक्षण
- तकनीकी सहायक A और तकनीशियन A: 100 अंकों का 45–120 मिनट का ट्रेड/कौशल परीक्षण, केवल अर्हकारी। सहायक A: 100 अंकों का 90 मिनट का अर्हकारी कौशल परीक्षण।
- चालक A: यातायात नियम, छोटी मरम्मत तथा हल्के-भारी वाहनों का वास्तविक सड़क परीक्षण; कौशल/ड्राइविंग परीक्षा 100 अंकों की।

- एक ईमेल और मोबाइल से एक बार Jobseeker पंजीकरण करें। ईमेल के लिंक से पासवर्ड बनाएं; कई पंजीकरण न करें।
- सभी अनिवार्य विवरण भरें, आवश्यक योग्यता का केवल एक विकल्प चुनें, प्रमाणपत्र और अलग शुल्क रसीद अपलोड करें, जांचकर 21-11-2026 से पहले अंतिम रूप से जमा करें और प्रिंट रखें। Draft, अधूरे, अपठनीय, उसी पद के कई या बिना शुल्क आवेदन अस्वीकार्य हैं।

महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें
- केवल आधिकारिक ARCI अपडेट देखें। समय से आवेदन करें; अंतिम समय की नेटवर्क दिक्कत से अंतिम तिथि नहीं बढ़ती। आवेदन विवरण अंतिम माने जाएंगे और उनकी सत्यता का प्रमाण देना होगा। गलत जानकारी, अपात्रता, सिफारिश या बाहरी दबाव से उम्मीदवारी रद्द हो सकती है।
- ARCI उम्मीदवारों की छंटनी, पदों में बदलाव या भर्ती का पुनर्निर्धारण/स्थगन/रद्द कर सकता है। सक्षम प्राधिकारी का निर्णय अंतिम और विवादों का क्षेत्राधिकार हैदराबाद न्यायालय होगा।

Eligibility Instructions

- SC: five years; OBC-NCL: three years, only against vacancies reserved for the respective category. Candidates applying against unreserved posts receive no category age concession and are treated as general candidates. PwD, ex-servicemen and other eligible cases follow Government of India rules; serving Central civilian employees qualify only for the same line/allied cadres.

Pay Conditions
- Amounts are approximate minimum-pay emoluments at Hyderabad including applicable DA, HRA and transport allowance. Other admissible benefits include NPS, gratuity, insurance, medical reimbursement, children's education allowance and LTC under applicable rules.

Selection Process
- Scientist B: CWE followed by interview; final merit gives 50% weight to each. Relative grading is used for shortlisting. The notice describes the interview shortlist as 'up to a minimum of ten (10) times' the vacancies; refer to ARCI's announced shortlist for the actual number.
- Officer B: 10–15 minute presentation on achievements, followed by interview at Hyderabad; final merit is based on interview.
- Technical Assistant A, Assistant A and Technician A: CWE shortlist up to six times the vacancies, then a qualifying trade/skill test on a go/no-go basis. Final merit uses CWE marks subject to qualifying the skill test.
- Driver A: CWE shortlist up to ten times the vacancies, then driving/repair skill test. Final weight is 40% CWE and 60% skill/driving test.

Important Conditions
