Advt. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17 में दी गई post-wise age, qualification, certification और experience conditions पूरा करने वाले eligible candidates.

आवश्यक योग्यता और अनुभव

Wealth Executive	किसी भी discipline में Graduation AND इनमें से कोई एक valid certification: IC 38; NISM Series V-A; NISM Series XXI-A; NISM Series V-D. 01.10.2026 addendum के अनुसार shortlisted candidates certification interview की date पर या उससे पहले produce कर सकते हैं और certification interview date को valid होना चाहिए. Preferred: 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management या MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).	Leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies या Wealth Management Companies in India में Wealth Products की Sales का minimum 2 years experience.
Credit Analyst–C&IC	किसी भी discipline में Graduation AND Chartered Accountant.	Scheduled Commercial Bank में minimum 1 year Banking experience. Corporate Credit experience preferred.

01.09.2026 को Wealth Executive: 22–32 years; Credit Analyst–C&IC: 21–33 years.
SC/ST: 5 years; OBC-NCL: 3 years; PwBD Gen/EWS 10, OBC 13, SC/ST 15 years.

चयन प्रक्रिया

Selection process में Application Scrutiny, online test, psychometric test या Bank द्वारा suitable समझा गया अन्य test शामिल हो सकता है.
इसके बाद Group Discussion और/or Interview / multiple rounds of Interviews हो सकते हैं.
Bank shortlisting के लिए online/psychometric/other test performance, qualification, relevant experience, domain expertise, skill set और suitability जैसे criteria use कर सकता है.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales of Wealth Products with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies or Wealth Management Companies in India.
Credit Analyst–C&IC	Graduation in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant.	Minimum 1 year of Banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Corporate Credit is preferred.
