Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end internal/external recruitment, market research, critical-skill pipelines, sourcing, assessment, interviews and offers; advise business/P&C leaders and enable system talent exchange.
- Manage employer branding/referrals, market-informed hiring strategies and operating efficiencies; own the India Management Trainee program and lead Mantra internships with Marketing, including partnerships, selection, onboarding and alumni engagement.
