- विज्ञापन 01R/2026 के सुरक्षा सहायक SA26 पद के मौजूदा आवेदक। मूल नियमित भर्ती में सेना या अन्य अर्धसैनिक बलों के भूतपूर्व सैनिक/जेसीओ तथा सुरक्षा कार्य का पाँच वर्ष का अनुभव, निर्धारित समकक्ष रैंक और अन्य शर्तें लागू हैं। इस परिणाम में नए आवेदन आमंत्रित नहीं हैं।

- आधिकारिक स्क्रीनिंग पीडीएफ में अपनी आवेदन संख्या खोजें। अपनी प्रविष्टि की सभी शर्तें और पहले दो पृष्ठों के निर्देश पढ़ें।
- नोटिस के अनुसार अस्वीकृत आवेदन पर आपत्ति के स्पष्ट आधार और सहायक प्रमाणपत्र/दस्तावेज [email protected] पर भेजने थे। ईमेल का निर्धारित अंग्रेजी विषय था: Representation against the Provisional Screening Result for the Post of Security Assistant.

चयन प्रक्रिया
- प्रथम चरण कौशल/शारीरिक एवं व्यक्तित्व आकलन परीक्षा है। उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी द्वितीय चरण की वर्णनात्मक प्रतियोगी लिखित परीक्षा में जाते हैं। परीक्षाएँ जम्मू में होनी हैं; उनके आयोजन का क्रम अलग से बताया जाता है।
- शर्त के रूप में माँगा गया दस्तावेज न देने पर आगे भाग लेने से रोका जा सकता है। गलत जानकारी या पात्रता पूरी न होने पर चयन के बाद भी अभ्यर्थिता निरस्त हो सकती है; आईआईआईएम स्क्रीनिंग सूची की अनजानी त्रुटियाँ सुधार सकता है।

परीक्षा और मेरिट के नियम
- दोनों परीक्षाओं का स्तर बारहवीं है। व्यक्तित्व परीक्षा ओएमआर/कंप्यूटर आधारित है; प्रश्न हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में होंगे, सही उत्तर पर एक अंक और गलत उत्तर पर नकारात्मक अंक नहीं हैं। यह अर्हकारी है; न्यूनतम सीमा 30% से कम नहीं हो सकती।
- प्रतियोगी लिखित परीक्षा वर्णनात्मक है, प्रश्न द्विभाषी होंगे और उत्तर हिंदी या अंग्रेजी में दिए जा सकते हैं। अंतिम मेरिट इसी परीक्षा से बनेगी; इसकी न्यूनतम अर्हकारी सीमा 35% से कम नहीं हो सकती।
- विज्ञापन में बराबरी का क्रम: संबंधित विषय/ट्रेड में अधिक अंक; जहाँ लागू हो उस विषय/ट्रेड में कम नकारात्मक अंक; जहाँ लागू हो मेरिट वाले प्रश्नपत्रों में कम नकारात्मक अंक; अधिक आयु; अनिवार्य उपाधि पहले प्राप्त करना; फिर प्रथम नाम का वर्णानुक्रम।
शारीरिक मानक और परीक्षण
- अनुलग्नक-बी में पुरुष/महिला की न्यूनतम लंबाई: सामान्य 167/157 सेमी; पहाड़ी क्षेत्र 165/155 सेमी; एसटी 162.5/154 सेमी है। पुरुष छाती, सामान्य/फुलाने पर: सामान्य और पहाड़ी क्षेत्र 80/85 सेमी; एसटी 77/82 सेमी। विज्ञापित पद ओबीसी-आरक्षित है; अनुलग्नक के सामान्य मानक आरक्षण नहीं बदलते।
- पहाड़ी-क्षेत्र का दायरा: गढ़वाल, कुमाऊँ, हिमाचल प्रदेश, गोरखा, डोगरा, मराठा, कश्मीर घाटी, लेह और लद्दाख क्षेत्र, पूर्वोत्तर राज्य तथा सिक्किम।
- पुरुष परीक्षण: 1600 मीटर दौड़ 6 मिनट 30 सेकंड में; 3 अवसरों में 3.65 मीटर लंबी कूद; कम से कम 6 चिन-अप, 12 पुश-अप और 10 सिट-अप।
- महिला परीक्षण: 800 मीटर दौड़ 4 मिनट में; 3 अवसरों में 2.70 मीटर लंबी कूद; कम से कम 10 सिट-अप। इस योजना में महिलाओं के लिए चिन-अप और पुश-अप लागू नहीं हैं।

Check the Result and Representation Notice
- Find your application number in the official screening PDF. Read all conditions against your entry and the instructions on its first two pages.
- The notice required objections to rejected applications by email to [email protected], with clear grounds and supporting certificates/documents. Its exact English subject was: Representation against the Provisional Screening Result for the Post of Security Assistant.
- That representation deadline has passed. The notice says other submission modes, other email addresses and late representations are not accepted. Check later official communications for the current next stage.
Selection Process
- Stage I is the Skill/Physical and Personality Assessment Test. Candidates who qualify proceed to Stage II, the subjective Competitive Written Examination. Tests are to be conducted in Jammu; the order of conducting tests is communicated separately.
- Failure to produce a conditionally required document may prevent further participation. False information or failure to satisfy eligibility can cancel candidature even after selection; IIIM may correct inadvertent errors in the screening list.

Examination and Merit Rules
- Both tests are at ClassXII standard. The personality test is OMR/computer based, with Hindi and English questions, one mark per correct answer and no negative marking. It is qualifying; the threshold cannot be below 30%.
- The competitive written examination is subjective, set bilingually and answerable in Hindi or English. Final merit is based on this examination; its qualifying threshold cannot be below 35%.
- Tie order in the advertisement: higher concerned subject/trade marks; fewer negative marks in that subject/trade where applicable; fewer negative marks in merit papers where applicable; older age; earlier acquisition of the essential degree; then first-name alphabetical order.
Physical Standards and Tests
- Annexure-B gives minimum male/female height: General 167/157 cm; Hilly Area 165/155 cm; ST 162.5/154 cm. Male chest, exhaled/expanded: General and Hilly Area 80/85 cm; ST 77/82 cm. The advertised post remains OBC-reserved; the annexure's general standards do not change that reservation.
- Hilly-area scope: Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, Kashmir Valley, Leh and Ladakh regions, North Eastern States and Sikkim.
- Male tests:1600 m run in 6 minutes 30 seconds;3.65 m long jump within 3 chances; at least 6 chin-ups,12 push-ups and 10 sit-ups.
- Female tests:800 m run in 4 minutes;2.70 m long jump within 3 chances; at least 10 sit-ups. Chin-ups and push-ups do not apply to women under this scheme.
