प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ
- वैश्विक Wells टीमों को sand-control, carbonate तथा inflow-control completion designs और well-performance models देना; संचालन उद्देश्यों एवं सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं के अनुरूप completion programmes तैयार करना।
- Deepwater plugging-and-abandonment की योजना, execution तथा बाद के कार्यों में सहायता; downhole-equipment reliability का आकलन; injection wells को सहायता तथा प्रदर्शन में कमी के कारणों की जाँच।
- सुरक्षित कार्य पद्धतियों को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए वैश्विक engineering/operations, production, facilities, reservoir तथा geoscience टीमों के साथ समन्वय।
सूचीबद्ध कार्यात्मक कौशल

Key Responsibilities
- Provide global Wells teams with sand-control, carbonate and inflow-control completion designs and well-performance models; prepare completion programmes aligned with operating objectives and best practice.
- Support deepwater plugging-and-abandonment planning, execution and post-operation work; assess downhole-equipment reliability; support injection wells and investigate performance impairment.
- Coordinate with global engineering/operations, production, facilities, reservoir and geoscience teams, while promoting safe working practices.
