Job Responsibilities
- Develop, review and refine test items/content; assemble test forms using specifications and measurement principles; review test forms, pretests and computer-adaptive testing item pools; interpret basic item-performance data for revisions; follow assessment standards, quality and ethics. Work with psychometricians, instructional designers, editors, AI engineers and subject experts; participate in internal meetings, teacher training and knowledge sharing; assist constructed-response scoring with faculty consultants and external scorers as needed.
