कौन आवेदन कर सकता है
- न्यूनतम 8वीं पास भारतीय नागरिक, जिन्होंने 12वीं या उससे अधिक उत्तीर्ण नहीं किया हो और अधिसूचित आयु तथा अन्य शर्तें पूरी करते हों।

आयु सीमा और छूट
- ग्रुप-D (MTS); आयु की गणना ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि, 17-11-2026 को होगी।
अनारक्षित: 18–35 वर्ष। SC/ST: 18–40 वर्ष।
PwBD अभ्यर्थियों को ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 10 वर्ष की छूट मिलेगी।

आवेदन शुल्क
- ग्रुप-D (MTS); अनारक्षित: ₹500; SC/ST: ₹250; PwBD: कोई शुल्क नहीं।
भुगतान किया गया शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा और किसी अन्य परीक्षा या चयन के लिए समायोजित नहीं होगा।
चयन प्रक्रिया
- चरण I में लिखित परीक्षा होगी। लिखित परीक्षा की मेरिट के आधार पर प्रति रिक्ति तीन अभ्यर्थियों को चरण II के साक्षात्कार/मौखिक परीक्षा और दस्तावेज सत्यापन के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- अंतिम चयन मेरिट में गिने जाने वाले लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के अंकों पर होगा। कुल अंक समान होने पर लिखित परीक्षा में अधिक अंक, और वे भी समान होने पर अधिक आयु वाले अभ्यर्थी को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।
- उच्च न्यायालय लिखित परीक्षा और मौखिक परीक्षा के कटऑफ तय या बदल सकता है।

परीक्षा के नियम
- लिखित परीक्षा OMR शीट पर वस्तुनिष्ठ बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों की होगी। दोनों भाग मिलाकर कुल 70 अंक हैं।
- मिजो भाषा का भाग अर्हकारी है: कम से कम 40%, अर्थात 20 में 8 अंक आवश्यक हैं। भाषा के ये अंक मेरिट सूची में नहीं जुड़ेंगे।
- साक्षात्कार में अर्हता के लिए कम से कम 60%, अर्थात 20 में 12 अंक आवश्यक हैं।
- चयन परीक्षा या साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने के लिए यात्रा अथवा दैनिक भत्ता नहीं मिलेगा।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- पंजीकरण के लिए वैध ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर रखें। ईमेल सक्रिय रखें और पावती ईमेल देर से आने पर भी पंजीकरण कोड लिखकर सुरक्षित रखें।
- घोषित प्रारंभ तिथि से ghconline.gov.in या ghcazlbench.nic.in पर आइजोल पीठ के Group-D (MTS) के ऑनलाइन आवेदन का लिंक चुनें।
- केंद्र/राज्य सेवा या PSU के सरकारी कर्मचारी आवेदन करने से पहले अपने नियोक्ता को सूचित करें।
- ऑनलाइन फॉर्म सही-सही भरें, सूचीबद्ध दस्तावेज अपलोड करें और निर्धारित अवधि में जमा करें। अन्य माध्यम से आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं होगा; जमा करने के बाद बदलाव स्वीकार नहीं होंगे।
- लागू शुल्क अधिसूचित भुगतान की अंतिम तिथि तक जमा करें।
- अनंतिम तथा अस्वीकृत अभ्यर्थियों की सूची और आगे की सूचनाओं के लिए न्यायालय की वेबसाइट देखें। हर चरण में प्रवेश सत्यापन के अधीन अनंतिम रहेगा; प्रवेशपत्र या साक्षात्कार बुलावा अपने-आप पात्रता की पुष्टि नहीं करता। सिफारिश/अनुचित प्रभाव का प्रयास करने पर अभ्यर्थिता निरस्त हो सकती है।

Who Can Apply
- Eligible Indian citizens with at least Class VIII, who have not passed Class XII or above, and meet the notified age and other conditions.
Essential Qualification and Experience

Application Fee

Paid fees are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to another examination or selection.
Selection Process
- Stage I is a written examination. Candidates are shortlisted by written-test merit for Stage II interview/viva voce and document verification in a ratio of three candidates per vacancy.
- Final selection combines the merit-bearing written-test marks and interview marks. If totals tie, higher written marks take priority; if those also tie, the older candidate takes priority.
- The High Court may set or alter the written-examination and viva-voce cutoffs.

Examination Rules
- The written paper uses objective multiple-choice questions on an OMR sheet. Its two parts carry 70 marks in total.
- The Mizo-language part is qualifying: at least 40%, or 8 out of 20, is required. These language marks do not count towards the merit list.
- The interview requires at least 60%, or 12 out of 20, to qualify.
- No travelling or daily allowance is payable for attending selection tests or the interview.

How to Apply
- Keep a valid email address and mobile number for registration. Keep the email account active and note the registration code even if the acknowledgement email is delayed.
- From the announced opening date, visit ghconline.gov.in or ghcazlbench.nic.in and select the online application for Group-D (MTS) in the Aizawl Bench.
- Government employees in Central/State services or PSUs should inform their employer before applying.
- Complete the online form accurately, upload the listed documents and submit within the stated period. Other application modes are not accepted; changes after submission will not be entertained.
- Pay the applicable fee by the notified fee-payment deadline.
- Monitor the Court website for provisional and rejected-candidate lists and further notices. Admission at every stage remains provisional, subject to verification; an admit card or interview call does not itself confirm eligibility. Canvassing can lead to rejection.
