कौन आवेदन कर सकता है
- अधिसूचना की योग्यता, 10 वर्ष post-qualification experience और आयु शर्तें पूरी करने वाले पात्र professionals; retired Government employees के लिए अलग वैकल्पिक route भी दिया गया है। Regular Government service में पहले से कार्यरत व्यक्ति पात्र नहीं हैं।

Who Can Apply
- Eligible professionals meeting the qualification, 10 years' post-qualification experience and age requirements; a separate alternative route is provided for retired Government employees. Persons already in regular Government service are not eligible.
