आवेदन शुल्क
- प्रत्येक आवेदन पर शुरू में ₹750 केवल BharatKosh/NTRP से दें। प्लेटफॉर्म शुल्क उम्मीदवार वहन करेगा।
- वापसी के लिए इंटरव्यू में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है: महिला, SC/ST, PwBD और भूतपूर्व सैनिक को ₹750; अन्य को ₹250 आवेदन शुल्क काटकर ₹500 वापस होंगे। अनुपस्थित उम्मीदवार को वापसी नहीं।
- खाताधारक का नाम, खाता संख्या, IFSC, बैंक और शाखा सही भरें; वापसी आवेदन में दिए खाते में ही होगी।
- Annexure II के अनुसार BharatKosh में Ministry SPACE → RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FEES → PAO/Accounts Officer, Human Space Flight Centre, Bengaluru चुनें। अपना depositor विवरण भरें, भुगतान जाँचें और transaction receipt डाउनलोड करें।
चयन प्रक्रिया
- आवेदनों की जाँच से इंटरव्यू के लिए छँटनी होगी; न्यूनतम योग्यता से इंटरव्यू का अधिकार नहीं मिलता। अंतिम चयन केवल इंटरव्यू के प्रदर्शन पर होगा।
- उम्मीदवार हिंदी में इंटरव्यू दे सकते हैं। विभिन्न पदों के इंटरव्यू एक साथ हो सकते हैं। नियुक्ति के लिए चिकित्सा फिटनेस आवश्यक है।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- आधिकारिक भर्ती पेज से Annexure I लें। हर कॉलम भरें; प्रत्येक पद कोड के लिए अलग आवेदन और सही सक्रिय ईमेल दें।
- पूरा आवेदन और निर्धारित संलग्नक सीलबंद लिफाफे में भेजें; ऊपर “APPLICATION TO THE POST OF MEDICAL OFFICER – SD, POST CODE NO: …” लिखें।
- केवल साधारण डाक से भेजें: Administrative Officer, Recruitment Section, Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), ISRO, Department of Space, Doddanekkundi, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560037। महत्वपूर्ण तिथियों में दी पहुँचने की समयसीमा लागू है; इलेक्ट्रॉनिक, हाथ से जमा और अन्य डाक माध्यम स्वीकार नहीं हैं।
- एक ही कोड के कई आवेदनों में आवेदन अवधि के भीतर अंतिम प्राप्त आवेदन माना जाएगा। प्राप्ति के बाद पंजीकृत ईमेल पर registration number मिलेगा; इंटरव्यू सूचना/प्रवेशपत्र ईमेल और HSFC वेबसाइट से मिलेंगे।

Application Fee
- Initially pay ₹750 for each application through BharatKosh/NTRP only. Platform charges are borne by the applicant.
- Refund requires attendance at the interview: women, SC/ST, PwBD and ex-servicemen receive ₹750; other candidates receive ₹500 after retaining the ₹250 application fee. No refund for interview absence.
- Give the account-holder name, account number, IFSC, bank and branch correctly; refund is made only to the account supplied in the application.
- Annexure II shows BharatKosh payment setup: Ministry SPACE → RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FEES → PAO/Accounts Officer, Human Space Flight Centre, Bengaluru. Enter your own depositor details, confirm payment and download the transaction receipt.
Selection Process
- Applications are screened for interview shortlisting; possessing the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview. Final selection depends only on interview performance.
- Candidates may opt for an interview in Hindi. Interviews for different posts may be held simultaneously. Appointment requires medical fitness.

How to Apply
- Download Annexure I from the official recruitment page. Complete every column; use a separate application for each post code and a correct active email address.
- Send the completed application and prescribed enclosures in a sealed envelope superscribed “APPLICATION TO THE POST OF MEDICAL OFFICER – SD, POST CODE NO: …”.
- Use ordinary post only: Administrative Officer, Recruitment Section, Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), ISRO, Department of Space, Doddanekkundi, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560037. The receipt deadline in Important Dates applies; electronic, hand delivery and other postal modes are not accepted.
- For duplicate applications to the same code, only the last one received within the application window is considered. A registration number is sent to the registered email after receipt; interview communication/admit cards use email and HSFC’s website.
