कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ
- मरीजों और दर्द का आकलन व पुनःआकलन करना, नर्सिंग देखभाल की योजना व मूल्यांकन करना, दवा संबंधी नीतियों का पालन करना, परिवार को शिक्षित करना और क्लिनिकल रिकॉर्ड रखना।
- संगठन, संक्रमण नियंत्रण, मान्यता, गुणवत्ता और मरीज सुरक्षा की शर्तों का पालन करना; घटनाएँ रिपोर्ट करना, गोपनीयता बनाए रखना और लागू ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS तथा सतत नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षण में भाग लेना।
- अस्पताल प्रक्रियाओं के तहत रक्त नमूने/रिपोर्ट, बिगड़ती स्थिति या असामान्य परिणाम की सूचना, ऑपरेशन पूर्व तैयारी, इंजेक्शन और श्वसन/ट्रेकियोस्टॉमी देखभाल, डिफिब्रिलेटर उपयोग, डिस्चार्ज शिक्षा, स्पिल प्रबंधन तथा शिरापरक लाइन और कैथेटर देखभाल संबंधी निर्धारित कार्य करना।

Job Responsibilities
- Assess and reassess patients and pain, plan and evaluate nursing care, follow medication policies, educate families and maintain clinical records.
- Follow organizational, infection-control, accreditation, quality and patient-safety requirements; report incidents, preserve confidentiality and take part in applicable ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS and continuing nursing training.
- Carry out assigned blood-sample/report work, escalation of deterioration or abnormal results, preoperative preparation, injection and respiratory/tracheostomy care, defibrillator use, discharge education, spill management, venous-line and catheter care within hospital procedures.
