कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ
- नर्सिंग देखभाल, दर्द/दवा प्रबंधन और रिकॉर्ड; रोगी/परिवार को शिक्षित व शामिल करना; संक्रमण नियंत्रण, सुरक्षा, गोपनीयता और गुणवत्ता प्रक्रियाएँ अपनाना।
- गुणवत्ता संकेतक निगरानी, घटना/जोखिम की सूचना और लागू ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS तथा CNE प्रशिक्षण।
- हाइपोथर्मिया और सक्शनिंग, ड्रेन निगरानी, ABG, थ्रोम्बोफ्लेबाइटिस, intracranial pressure/Glasgow Coma Scale, epidural catheter, आपात दवाएँ और ECMO देखभाल। PPE/post-exposure prophylaxis, code blue/stroke सक्रिय करना, बेडसोर, Braden scale और hyperglycaemia आकलन।

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver and document nursing care, pain/medication management; educate and involve patients/families; follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality and quality procedures.

- Hypothermia and suctioning procedures, drain monitoring, ABG, thrombophlebitis, intracranial pressure/Glasgow Coma Scale, epidural catheters, emergency medicines and ECMO care. PPE/post-exposure prophylaxis, code blue/stroke activation, bedsores, Braden scale and hyperglycaemia assessment.
