- यह मौजूदा एमएलएचपी अभ्यर्थियों के लिए परिणाम और नियुक्ति का अभिलेख है। इन सूचनाओं में नए आवेदन आमंत्रित नहीं हैं; कार्यभार ग्रहण और रिपोर्टिंग का कार्यक्रम बीत चुका है।

पदस्थापन का विवरण
- नियुक्ति आदेश में ईस्ट गारो हिल्स, नॉर्थ गारो हिल्स, साउथ गारो हिल्स, साउथ वेस्ट गारो हिल्स और वेस्ट गारो हिल्स शामिल हैं। जिला आवश्यकता के अनुसार अंतिम उपकेंद्र–स्वास्थ्य एवं कल्याण केंद्र पदस्थापन कर सकता है।

एमएलएचपी आदेश की शर्तें
- आदेश के अनुसार कार्यभार ग्रहण की तिथि से ग्यारह महीने के लिए संविदा नवीकरण प्रदर्शन और अगली अवधि की आवश्यकता के आकलन पर निर्भर है।
- स्थानांतरण रिक्ति उपलब्ध होने और कम से कम तीन वर्ष की सेवा पूरी होने के अधीन है। एनएचएम के अंतर्गत एक वर्ष की सेवा के बाद एचआर–एनएचएम अवकाश नीति लागू होगी।
- सेवाएँ कार्यभार ग्रहण के समय हस्ताक्षरित समझौते की कार्य-शर्तों के अनुसार होंगी। उनका उल्लंघन होने पर संविदा समाप्त होने से पहले सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है।
- त्यागपत्र के लिए एक महीने का नोटिस या एक महीने का वेतन देना होगा। परिस्थितियों के अनुसार शनिवार और छुट्टियों में भी ड्यूटी करनी पड़ सकती है।

Posting Details
- The appointment order covers East Garo Hills, North Garo Hills, South Garo Hills, South West Garo Hills and West Garo Hills. The district may make the final Sub Centre–Health and Wellness Centre posting as required.

MLHP Remuneration

Terms in the MLHP Order
- The order provides for renewal of the contract for eleven months from joining, depending on performance and assessment of the need for the subsequent period.
- Transfer is subject to an available vacancy and completion of at least three years of service. HR-NHM leave policy applies after one year of service under NHM.
- Services follow the Terms of Reference in the agreement signed at joining. Violation of those provisions may lead to termination before the contract expires.
- Resignation requires one month's notice or surrender of one month's salary. Duties may include Saturdays and holidays when circumstances require.
