The DBT-BIRAC/BioE3 Smart Proteins project in Dr. Debasree Dutta’s laboratory develops serum-free growth media for bovine embryonic-to-muscle stem-cell differentiation and cultured-meat production. The initial appointment is for four months or until the project ends, whichever is earlier; extension depends on performance.
