कौन आवेदन कर सकता है

• पदवार योग्यता, अनुभव, आयु और अन्य आधिकारिक पात्रता शर्तें पूरी करने वाले भारतीय नागरिक।

सामान्य पात्रता शर्तें

• निर्धारित गणना तिथि तक आवश्यक योग्यता और संबंधित पूर्णकालिक अनुभव होना चाहिए। शिक्षण/प्रशिक्षण अनुभव नहीं गिना जाएगा; किसी संगठन में छह महीने से कम अवधि का अनुभव भी पात्रता में नहीं गिना जाएगा।
• रिक्तियाँ अस्थायी हैं। PwBD सहित आरक्षित श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थी, जिनकी श्रेणी के लिए आरक्षण नहीं है, अनारक्षित पात्रता पूरी करने पर अनारक्षित रिक्ति के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। OBC आरक्षण/छूट केवल नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर के लिए है; क्रीमी लेयर अभ्यर्थी अनारक्षित या लागू अनारक्षित-PwBD श्रेणी में आवेदन करें। PwBD आरक्षण के लिए कम से कम 40% बेंचमार्क दिव्यांगता आवश्यक है; यह मूल श्रेणी की रिक्ति में शामिल है।
• वेल्थ मैनेजमेंट एवं प्रीमियर बैंकिंग की पूर्व भर्ती में ऑफर मिलने के बाद जॉइन न करने वाले अभ्यर्थी, जॉइन न करने की तिथि से दो वर्ष तक किसी पद के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते। इस विज्ञापन के पदों पर संविदा नियुक्ति के बाद इस्तीफा देने वाले अभ्यर्थी इस्तीफे की तिथि से दो वर्ष तक इन पदों के लिए अपात्र हैं। ऐसे इस्तीफे पर चेतावनी नोटिस जारी होने पर SBI की सभी आगामी भर्तियों में रोक लागू है।
• चरित्र, पूर्ववृत्त या नैतिक अधमता संबंधी प्रतिकूल रिपोर्ट वाले अभ्यर्थी पात्र नहीं हैं। लंबित आपराधिक मामलों की जानकारी साक्षात्कार में देनी होगी; नियुक्ति बैंक के सत्यापन और चिकित्सा फिटनेस की शर्त पर होगी। गलत जानकारी या तथ्य छिपाने पर अभ्यर्थिता/नियुक्ति रद्द और कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है।

आयु सीमा और छूट

• हेड सेल्स; 40–52 वर्ष; सेंट्रल रिसर्च टीम (प्रोडक्ट लीड): 30–45 वर्ष; मैनेजर (बिजनेस प्रोसेस): 30–40 वर्ष; प्रोजेक्ट डेवलपमेंट मैनेजर (टेक्नोलॉजी): 25–40 वर्ष; COT सपोर्ट: 30–40 वर्ष।
• दी गई अधिकतम आयु अनारक्षित अभ्यर्थियों के लिए है। लागू होने पर आरक्षित श्रेणियों को भारत सरकार के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार ऊपरी आयु में छूट मिलेगी।

पदवार वेतन और वेतनमान

संविदा और पारिश्रमिक

• वार्षिक CTC अनुभव, वर्तमान पारिश्रमिक और तैनाती स्थान के आधार पर बातचीत से तय होगा। सभी पाँच पदों पर बैंक की प्रदर्शन रेटिंग नीति के अधीन निश्चित वेतन का 0–35% प्रदर्शन-संबद्ध वेतन और 0–25% वार्षिक वृद्धि बैंड है।
• संविदा पाँच वर्ष की है और बैंक के विवेक एवं शर्तों के अधीन चार वर्ष और बढ़ सकती है। कोई भी पक्ष दो महीने का नोटिस या उसके बदले दो महीने का पारिश्रमिक देकर संविदा समाप्त कर सकता है। संविदा अधिकारियों को वित्तीय वर्ष में 30 दिन अवकाश का अधिकार है, जिसकी स्वीकृति बैंक वास्तविक एवं उचित कारणों पर देगा।

आवेदन शुल्क

• अनारक्षित/EWS/OBC: आवेदन एवं सूचना शुल्क सहित ₹750। SC/ST/PwBD: कोई आवेदन/सूचना शुल्क नहीं।
• एकीकृत भुगतान गेटवे पर डेबिट कार्ड, क्रेडिट कार्ड या इंटरनेट बैंकिंग से ऑनलाइन भुगतान करें। लागू लेनदेन शुल्क अभ्यर्थी देगा। शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा और किसी अन्य परीक्षा/चयन में समायोजित नहीं किया जाएगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया

साक्षात्कार में परखे जाने वाले कौशल

• हेड सेल्स, सेंट्रल रिसर्च टीम (प्रोडक्ट लीड) और मैनेजर (बिजनेस प्रोसेस) के लिए दी गई वरीय कौशल/अनुभव संबंधी बातों को साक्षात्कार में परखा जाएगा।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज और अपलोड

आवेदन कैसे करें

• SBI Current Openings पर विज्ञापन CRPD/SCO/2026-27/25 चुनें और उसके Apply Online लिंक से आवेदन करें। परिणाम जारी होने तक वैध ईमेल सक्रिय रखें।
• पंजीकरण कर आवेदन सावधानी से भरें और निर्धारित दस्तावेज अपलोड करें। अधूरा आवेदन सेव करने पर अस्थायी पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड मिलेगा; इन्हें सुरक्षित रखें। सेव विवरण खोलकर संपादन की सुविधा केवल तीन बार है।
• अंतिम सबमिशन से पहले हर विवरण और फाइल का प्रीव्यू जाँचें, फिर जुड़े गेटवे से लागू शुल्क चुकाएँ। जहाँ शुल्क लागू है, सफल भुगतान के बाद ही पंजीकरण पूरा होगा। अंतिम सबमिशन/भुगतान के बाद संपादन बंद होगा; भुगतान विफल हो तो पुनः प्रयास करें।
• सिस्टम से बने आवेदन और ई-रसीद का प्रिंट सुरक्षित रखें। SBI कार्यालय में हार्ड कॉपी न भेजें। कई आवेदन होने पर केवल अंतिम वैध पूर्ण आवेदन रखा जाएगा और अन्य पंजीकरण का शुल्क जब्त होगा।

कार्य का परिचय

• हेड सेल्स: वेल्थ सेल्स/सेवा रणनीति, RM प्रदर्शन और वृद्धि, सेल्स टीम अनुपालन, प्रशिक्षण, ग्राहक कार्यक्रम और तकनीकी समाधानों के समन्वय का नेतृत्व।
• प्रोडक्ट लीड: वेल्थ उत्पाद और बाजार शोध/मूल्यांकन, प्रोडक्ट नोट/दृष्टिकोण तैयार करना, PMS/AIF/MF/स्ट्रक्चर्ड उत्पादों की जाँच, पोर्टफोलियो विश्लेषण तथा डेटा/रिसर्च प्रदाता और निवेश/RM टीमों से समन्वय।
• मैनेजर (बिजनेस प्रोसेस): CRM और सेल्स फोर्स ऑटोमेशन, वेल्थ प्रक्रियाएँ व ग्राहक जीवनचक्र नीतियाँ, योजना/बजट/P&L सहायता, बिजनेस समीक्षा, ग्राहक शिक्षा, उद्योग अध्ययन और बैंक टीम समन्वय।
• प्रोजेक्ट डेवलपमेंट मैनेजर (टेक्नोलॉजी): तकनीकी साझेदार प्रबंधन, बिजनेस जरूरतें IT को समझाना, डिलीवरी/एकीकरण/त्रुटि सुधार का समन्वय और उपयोगकर्ता स्तर की संचालन पुस्तिका तैयार करना।
• COT सपोर्ट: दैनिक/दिनांत संचालन, AMC समन्वय, CPA बनाना/अपलोड, RTA/DWP/CRISIL फीड, निवेशक दस्तावेज/PMS अपलोड, ऑर्डर मिलान और सेंट्रल ऑपरेशंस समस्या समाधान। बैंक अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारियाँ दे सकता है।

Post-wise Vacancy Details

Who Can Apply

• Eligible Indian citizens meeting the post-specific qualification, experience, age and other official eligibility conditions.

Common Eligibility Conditions

• Required qualifications and relevant full-time experience must be held by the specified cutoff. Teaching/training experience is excluded; a period shorter than six months in any organisation does not count for eligibility.
• Vacancies are provisional. Candidates from reserved categories, including PwBD, may apply for UR vacancies where no reservation is provided for their category only if they meet UR eligibility. OBC reservation/relaxation is for the non-creamy layer; creamy-layer candidates must apply as UR or the applicable UR-PwBD category. PwBD reservation requires a benchmark disability of at least 40% and is included in the parent category.
• Candidates previously offered a Wealth Management & Premier Banking post who did not join are barred from applying for any post for two years from non-joining. Candidates who resigned after contract engagement in the posts covered by this advertisement are barred from these posts for two years from resignation. Where such resignation resulted in a caution notice, the bar extends to all forthcoming SBI recruitments.
• Adverse reports concerning character, antecedents or moral turpitude make a candidate ineligible. Pending criminal cases must be disclosed at interview; engagement is subject to the Bank’s verification and medical-fitness requirement. False information or concealment may lead to cancellation or termination and legal action.

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Head Sales; 40–52 years; Central Research Team (Product Lead): 30–45 years; Manager (Business Process): 30–40 years; Project Development Manager (Technology): 25–40 years; COT Support: 30–40 years.
• The maximum ages shown are for UR candidates. Upper-age relaxation for reserved categories applies under Government of India guidelines wherever applicable.

Post-wise Salary and Pay

Contract and Remuneration

• Annual CTC is negotiable based on experience, current emoluments and posting location. All five posts have performance-linked pay of 0–35% of fixed pay and an annual increment band of 0–25%, subject to the Bank’s performance-rating policy.
• The contract is for five years and may be renewed for another four years at the Bank’s discretion and subject to its conditions. Either side may end it with two months’ notice or two months’ compensation in lieu. Contract officers are entitled to 30 days’ leave in a financial year, subject to the Bank’s approval for genuine and appropriate reasons.

Application Fee

• UR/EWS/OBC: ₹750, including application fee and intimation charges. SC/ST/PwBD: no fee/intimation charge.
• Pay online by debit card, credit card or internet banking through the integrated gateway. Transaction charges, if any, are payable by the candidate. Fees are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted towards another examination or selection.

• The preferred skills/experience listed for Head Sales, Central Research Team (Product Lead) and Manager (Business Process) will be tested at interview.

How to Apply

• Open SBI Current Openings and select advertisement CRPD/SCO/2026-27/25, then follow its Apply Online link. Keep a valid email address active until results are declared.
• Register, complete the application carefully and upload the prescribed documents. A saved incomplete application generates a provisional registration number and password; retain these. Reopening/editing the saved details is permitted only three times.
• Check every entry and preview the files before final submission, then pay the applicable fee through the linked gateway. Registration is complete only after successful fee payment where a fee applies. Final submission/payment ends editing; retry if payment fails.
• Print and retain the system-generated application and e-receipt. Do not send hard copies to SBI’s office. Where multiple applications are submitted, only the last valid completed application is retained and fees for the others are forfeited.

Role Overview

• Head Sales: lead wealth sales and service strategy, RM performance and growth, sales-team compliance, training, customer programmes and coordination for technology-supported solutions.
• Product Lead: research and evaluate wealth products and markets, prepare product notes/outlooks, conduct due diligence on PMS/AIF/MF/structured offerings, analyse portfolios and coordinate with data/research providers and investment/RM teams.
• Manager (Business Process): CRM and sales-force automation, wealth processes and client life-cycle policies, planning/budgeting/P&L support, business reviews, client education, industry tracking and coordination across bank teams.
• Project Development Manager (Technology): manage technology partners, translate business requirements for IT, coordinate delivery/integration/bug fixes and prepare user-level operating manuals.
• COT Support: daily/end-of-day operations, AMC coordination, CPA generation/upload, RTA/DWP/CRISIL feeds, investor-document/PMS uploads, order reconciliation and central-operations troubleshooting. The Bank may assign additional responsibilities.
