आयु सीमा और छूट
- Court Master (Shorthand); 01-10-2026 को आयु 30 वर्ष से कम और 45 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) और Ex-Servicemen को Government of India rules के अनुसार आयु छूट मिलेगी।
Freedom Fighters के dependants को निर्धारित upper age limit से अधिकतम 5 वर्ष तक छूट उपलब्ध है।
Supreme Court Registry के departmental candidates के लिए upper age limit नहीं है।

परीक्षा के नियम
- Objective Type Test में negative marking नहीं है।
- Objective Test में 50 या अधिक अंक पाने वालों में merit के आधार पर tentative vacancies के मुकाबले 1:10 ratio में Shorthand और Typing tests के लिए shortlisting हो सकती है।
- तीनों tests सफलतापूर्वक qualify करने वालों में interview के लिए tentative vacancies के मुकाबले 1:3 ratio रखा जाएगा।
- Shorthand और Typing Speed Tests Delhi/NCR में होंगे; interview online या physical mode में Delhi में हो सकता है।

Age Limit and Relaxation
- Court Master (Shorthand); Age must be not below 30 years and not above 45 years as on 01-10-2026.
SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and Ex-Servicemen receive age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
Dependants of Freedom Fighters are eligible for relaxation up to 5 years over the prescribed upper age limit.
There is no upper age limit for departmental candidates of the Supreme Court Registry.

Examination Rules
- There is no negative marking in the Objective Type Test.
- Among candidates scoring 50 or more in the Objective Test, shortlisting for Shorthand and Typing tests may be in a 1:10 ratio against tentative vacancies, based on merit.
- Candidates who qualify all three tests will be shortlisted for interview in a 1:3 ratio against tentative vacancies.
- The Shorthand and Typing Speed Tests will be held in Delhi/NCR; the interview may be held online or physically in Delhi.
