चयन प्रक्रिया
- अनिवार्य योग्यता के आधार पर screening।

- आवश्यकता होने पर बोर्ड दूसरे स्तर के परीक्षण के लिए आवेदनों को shortlist कर सकता है।
रैंक सूची के नियम
- 16 अक्टूबर के पुनर्निर्गम के अनुसार सूची केवल निर्धारित तिथि तक कार्यग्रहण न करने, या कार्यग्रहण के एक वर्ष के भीतर मृत्यु/त्यागपत्र से रिक्त अवसर के लिए उपयोग होगी।
- वैधता: परिणाम से एक वर्ष, यदि पहले नई अधिसूचना न आए; इस सूचना की घोषित संख्या से अधिक चयन नहीं होगा।
प्रशिक्षण की शर्तें
- प्रारंभिक प्रशिक्षण एक वर्ष; प्रदर्शन और आवश्यकता की समीक्षा पर एक वर्ष विस्तार संभव। प्रति माह एक दिन अवकाश। नियमित नियुक्ति/नियमितीकरण का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।

Who Can Apply
- Only SC/ST candidates meeting the division-specific qualifications. Previous Spices Board trainees are ineligible whether or not they completed training.

Rank-list Rules
- Under the 16 October reissue, the list can be used only for non-joining by the stipulated joining date, or death/resignation within one year after joining.
- Validity: one year from results unless a fresh notification is issued earlier; selections cannot exceed the requirement advertised under this notification.
Training Terms
- Initial training is one year, extendable by one year after performance and requirement review; one day of leave per month. Training gives no right to regular appointment or regularisation.
