कौन आवेदन कर सकता है
- निर्धारित योग्यता वाले केवल SC/ST उम्मीदवार पात्र हैं। Spices Board में पहले प्रशिक्षण लेने वाले पात्र नहीं हैं, चाहे प्रशिक्षण पूरा हुआ हो या नहीं।

रैंक सूची के नियम
- सूची का उपयोग केवल निर्धारित तिथि तक कार्यग्रहण न करने, या कार्यग्रहण के एक वर्ष के भीतर मृत्यु/त्यागपत्र से रिक्त अवसर के लिए होगा।
- नई अधिसूचना पहले जारी न हो तो परिणाम से एक वर्ष तक सूची मान्य है; इस सूचना के अंतर्गत घोषित संख्या से अधिक चयन नहीं होगा।
प्रशिक्षण की शर्तें
- प्रशिक्षण कार्यग्रहण से एक वर्ष का है और एक अतिरिक्त वर्ष बढ़ सकता है।
- हर माह एक दिन अवकाश; प्रशिक्षण से नियमित नियुक्ति या नियमितीकरण का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।

Who Can Apply
- Only SC/ST candidates meeting the prescribed qualification are eligible. Anyone previously trained at Spices Board is ineligible, whether or not the training was completed.

Selection Process
- Written test.
Rank-list Rules
- The list is used only for non-joining by the stipulated joining date, or death/resignation within one year after joining.
- The list remains valid for one year after results unless a fresh notification is issued; appointments under this notice cannot exceed the advertised requirement.
Training Terms
- Training lasts one year from joining and may be extended by one further year.
- One day of leave per month; the training gives no right to regular appointment or regularisation.
