आयु सीमा और छूट
- दोनों पदों के लिए 04-11-2026 को अधिकतम आयु 45 वर्ष। अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति को 5 वर्ष; अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग को 3 वर्ष। बेंचमार्क दिव्यांगता में अनारक्षित/अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति को क्रमशः 10/13/15 वर्ष।
- केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों को लागू आदेशों के अनुसार अधिकतम 5 वर्ष; संस्थान कर्मचारियों को की गई सेवा तक छूट। कम-से-कम छह महीने की प्रमाणित सेवा वाले भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को रक्षा सेवा अवधि तथा 3 वर्ष। अन्यथा उपयुक्त उम्मीदवारों की आयु, योग्यता या अनुभव में अन्य छूट सक्षम प्राधिकारी के विवेक पर है; स्वतः नहीं मिलेगी।

आवेदन कैसे करें
- THSTI recruitment portal पर THS/RN/21/2026 का सही पद चुनें। विवरण भरें, आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करें, लागू शुल्क देकर final submission करें। अन्य माध्यम स्वीकार नहीं हैं।
- अस्थायी payment receipt, ईमेल reference number और dashboard से आवेदन printout रखें। तकनीकी समस्या में error screenshot [email protected] पर भेजें।
महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें और कार्य
- नियुक्तियाँ अल्पकालिक हैं। विस्तार संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन और परियोजना अवधि पर निर्भर है; नियमितीकरण का दावा नहीं बनता। आवश्यकता के अनुसार पद संख्या बदल सकती है।
- Manager trial start-up से database lock, site operations/training, protocol/budget inputs, PK-PD substudy, data-quality reviews, safety reporting और audits की निगरानी करेगा।
- Research Officer अस्पताल में दैनिक trial activity, participant enrolment/follow-up, samples, investigational products, data, safety records, monitoring और research staff का समन्वय करेगा।
- अधूरे आवेदन अस्वीकार होंगे। गलत जानकारी या पात्रता पूरी न होने पर उम्मीदवारी रद्द हो सकती है; नियुक्ति के बाद पता चलने पर निर्धारित प्रक्रिया से सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है।

Age Limit and Relaxations
- Maximum age for both posts is 45 years on 04-11-2026. SC/ST relaxation: 5 years; OBC: 3 years. PwBD relaxation is 10/13/15 years for UR/OBC/SC-ST respectively.
- Central Government employees may receive up to 5 years under applicable orders; institute employees receive service-based relaxation. Ex-servicemen with at least six months of attested service receive defence-service duration plus 3 years. Further relaxation of age, qualifications or experience for otherwise suitable candidates is discretionary, not automatic.

Important Conditions and Duties
- Appointments are short-term. Extension depends on satisfactory performance and project tenure; there is no claim to regularisation. Vacancy numbers may change according to requirements.
- The Manager oversees trial start-up through database lock, site operations and training, protocol/budget inputs, PK-PD substudy, data-quality reviews, safety reporting and audits.
- The Research Officer coordinates daily trial activity, participant enrolment/follow-up, samples, investigational products, data, safety records, monitoring and research staff at the hospital site.
- Incomplete applications are rejected. False information or failure to meet eligibility may lead to cancellation of candidature; if discovered after appointment, termination may follow due process.
